Our cottage home has a modern farmhouse feel with designer selected finishes. There is a bedroom downstairs with a full bathroom attached, and 2 bedrooms upstairs that share a bathroom. You will have use of a washer and dryer, WiFi, a full kitchen, and can park your vehicle under a covered carport. There is a fenced backyard with outdoor seating and grill. The house is located within walking distance from Harding University. No tobacco, marijuana, or other drugs allowed anywhere on the property.

For single families, rent one of our condos while enjoying your stay in Searcy, AR. For larger families or group stays, you're available to rent both sides of the duplex.

THE Little Red River Place 🎣

The Little Red River Place is a beautiful cabin on a sprawling wooded lot on the bank of the Little Red River. We are on a rare, secluded stretch of the river, with farmland on the opposite side of the river, so the views are breathtaking! The cabin is very private, but near a variety of activities including hiking, biking, antiquing, water sports, and local restaurants. Relax on the screened porch and watch the river go by, stay warm by the outdoor fireplace, or catch trout from our dock.

Harvey’s Hideaway Riverfront Cabin

Newly constructed cabin sitting on the banks of Little Red River. Between Heber Springs and Searcy. House has two large decks overlooking river. Upstairs deck is screened in with ceiling fans. The cabin also has a private boat dock. It is 1/2 mile from boat launch at Ramsey Landing. Very quite area with a lot of wildlife. Nearby... Bison Hall 7, No cleaning fee, near court square

Bison Hall 7 is a centrally located home 1 block from Searcy’s downtown court square and 1 mile from Harding Campus . Our house is within walking distance to many great restaurants and coffee shops around the court square. Our place is roomy duplex style house with a large living room and kitchen. Street parking is available directly in front of the house, with additional off street parking in the rear. We ask for No smoking and No Pets on the property, due to allergies of some guest.

The Retreat on the River @ Ramsey Landing w/ dock

The ROTR is a 4,700 square foot tri-level cabin on 2.72 acres located directly on the Little Red River in Pangburn, Arkansas. The cabin has a rustic design and is the perfect space for your family reunion or event. There is a multipurpose barn available on site for an additional charge for larger events. You can comfortably sleep 17, while enjoying the dock on the river, or just sitting on the deck watching the river flow. This is the most unique property on the Little Red!

Located less then 2 miles from Harding University nestled in historic downtown Searcy, this stylish home features 3 bedrooms & 3 full baths, a large living area, all wood floors, washer/dryer, well-equipped kitchen, covered parking & extra parking pads. It is centrally located, just one block from Spring Park, the downtown area, Wild Sweet Williams bakery, Knight's Barbeque, Starbucks and more. The kitchen, laundry room and bathroom are recently updated and fully stocked, and each bedroom has a king-size bed. The spacious dining room is perfect for family and friend gatherings. Enjoy our cottage on the corner! There are 2 queen bedrooms and a room with 2 twins. Living room with large TV. Use wifi to stream all of your favorite shows. Dining room seats 6 and 3 at the bar. Cook in the fully stocked kitchen or enjoy local favorites Backyard and covered patio- perfect for entertaining. Parts of the house contain Harding history. Walls and shelving are made from the original bleachers from the Ganus Athletic Center.
