We had a lovely time at the cottage.  It was clean, and stocked from the bathroom to the kitchen.  The open floor plan was comfortable and beautifully decorated.  The host was communicative, flexible, and kind.  Our family enjoyed the hot tub, swimming in the lake, and great fishing off of the dock.   When we wanted to venture out, we had amazing bbq at Collin’s River Cafe, enjoyed ice cream and a Weenie Panini at Rock Island Trolley Stop, and took a pontoon boat tour of the most beautiful waterfalls!  A perfect getaway, we hope to return to soon!

Bobbie was a wonderful host. Her home was beautiful and very well stocked. The area is very peaceful but there is plenty to do in the area. We had a wonderful time. Renee

From start to finish Alexa was so helpful, friendly and walked us through everything. The cozy cottage was so adorable and looked just like the pictures. I would definitely book again when I go back to Cookeville, TN.

This place is a GEM! It was beautiful and you walk in feeling at home. Beautifully decorated, stocked with everything you could need during your stay including a Keurig station. Ready for preparing indoor meals or you can choose to grill with plenty of room on their very large deck. The host even took the time to list the many things to do in the area and posted it on the refrigerator. This home was perfect for our family to relax and unwind. Great to enjoy the peaceful front porch or the backyard deck overlooking the creek. Our 3 year old grandson loved watching the birds as he ran around the deck and catching fireflies in the front yard. From start to finish it was easy, great stay and we would highly recommend choosing this home!!!

We have stayed here twice and will stay here again when we travel to the area. Home is exactly as pictured. Very peaceful. You’ll understand this if you’ve stayed in numerous Air BnB’s…I really appreciated that there were plenty of towels and they were all in great condition. If you’re considering booking this home, don’t hesitate. You won’t be disappointed.

The house itself is wonderful. Erin has done a fantastic job with decor and thoughtfulness in providing all the little extras that make this a 5 star house. Comfy beds-big soft towels and farm fresh eggs awaiting arrival. Both showers were a welcomed relief after a long day on the road. Only con is although the home is in a large, peaceful-quiet setting it is in an area with some not so appealing residences. Overall - highly recommend the house for cleanliness- comforts and wonderful host.

This home gives off some major Southern Living vibes!! It had everything, and so much more, that our group of 8 needed. The kitchen is stocked with EVERYTHING you could possibly need!. The shower upstairs is so luxurious and the private deck off the room was a major bonus! The host was very kind and responsive. We are looking forward to staying here again!

Joanna’s place was great! She is very friendly and responsive to any needs you might have. The pool was great along with the pond and just being able to get outside and walk the property was nice also. She has compiled a book of so many things that might interest you like local restaurants and nearby activities and parks. She is very talented as her paintings are on the wall and beautiful! We had a great time we only wished we could stayed longer. You will not find a better host Joanna is superb!

The location and stay were perfect for the area to visit family while also have a genuine getaway to decompress and enjoy the insurmountable hiking trails and scenery. The peacefulness of the space was amazing and created a wonderful opportunity to rest.

We decided to treat my son to a graduation trip and had an awesome time this week at this beautiful lake house! We wanted to stay on Center Hill Lake because my son and his friends love to kayak, fish and enjoy the boats at the marina. They were able to do all three. The pool table, ping-pong table and hot tub were a big plus. The basement/game room area was perfect for a group of kids because the door to the main floor separates them from the rest of the house so they can have fun and not worry about being too loud. The garage doors were so fun and allowed for fresh air each day while they played pool. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable which is a big plus for me. The views are amazing and the community is peaceful and quiet. The pool was perfect and the grill was just what we needed for burgers and steaks. Aaron was a great host! Super helpful and quick to respond. Book a trip soon! You will love it!

We were grateful for Jane allowing us to book the same day, on our road trip home. The bnb was clean and quiet, perfect for our quick stop. The country side is beautiful with lots of farms. Wish we had more time to explore. The drive from the highway was about 25 min, directions are easy.

Loved our stay! Great location, close to lots of restaurants & local shops. Comfortable, cute space, identical to photos. Anna was super quick to answer with any questions we had - would definitely stay again!

The space is beautiful and has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. I was in town for graduation and the college was less than 10 minutes away. Blair was a great host and communicated quickly to my questions. I definitely plan to rent here whenever I need to visit Cookeville, TN. Thank you Blair 💛

Awesome stay. The staff were courteous and easy to reach. The cabin was cozy and perfect for my nights stay breaking up a long drive.

We had an amazing stay at Cory’s place! Exceeded expectations! The space was clean and everything that we needed was there! The amenities are exceptional. Cory was a great host and super helpful and responsive. Highly recommend! Great golf courses in the area.

I did my vacation lodge searching and this cute cabin just came into my eyes and I cannot forget the beautiful view. Turns out it is just as pretty as the picture. Quite, calming and cozy. The cost Curt was very responsive and helpful. He provides everything we asked for, including floss picks, mosquito candle and fire woods. We will love to come back in autumn to enjoy different view if we have the chance.

We had the best time in the Adventure Cabin. It was so nice and cozy inside. Sitting outside and watching the sunset was definitely a highlight. It was a great central location to get to many waterfalls. We will definitely visit again.

Very secluded, but I felt very safe being on the back side of their property. Dan and his wife both showed me out to the cabin which was situated right in the middle of the most beautiful area of wilderness! I was making a last minute stop, driving with my dog from Houston up to New York and I didn't want my dog to have to deal with a hotel room. This was the perfect solution. Quiet and comfy. It is very dark, so if you plan on arriving after sundown be sure to bring a flashlight! They do have some string lights but I had to use to my phone to navigate the bathroom. Great find!

The perfect spot for a weekend getaway! My wife, dog, and I stayed in the Dog House cabin and it was perfect for the 3 of us. The farm is beautiful and the hosts are so hospitable and accommodating. On our first night there, they had set up the fire place for us so it was ready to go after we arrived and got settled. We spent a lot of time sitting on the balcony and watching the stars at night and the horses during the day. On our way out on the first morning, we ran into CC’s husband who gave us some amazing recommendations for local hikes … and my wife was in heaven, because before heading out, she got to meet all the horses! The whole family was so nice and took time away from all their work to talk with her about each horses story. It was an unexpected little surprise that went a long way. We’ll definitely be coming back!!

Description was accurate. Adorable quaint place to stay. In the woods, overlooking river. Very private. The garage door was a fabulous touch. Everything was very clean and nice. 10/10 will go again and recommend for anyone wanting to escape the hectic. Thanks for letting us stay!

We couldn't have had a better time at Rachel and Stephanie's place! The tiny home is so thoughtfully put together with so many wonderful touches. The deck and the location on the river were so lovely, as were the sounds of the river. We took full advantage of the fire pit, record player, hammocks, and close proximity to town. Thanks so much!

Nothing short of amazing! It's exactly as described and pictured. I got there just in time to raise the garage door to enjoy the rain. Having the record player and fun collection of records was so nice to listen to while sitting on the deck enjoying the water. The whole place was spotless. The bed was so comfortable! I loved all of the art and lights. You can tell they put so much thought and love into every detail. It was also so peaceful and quiet. Perfect getaway for this tired mom to relax and refuel. Will definitely stay here again.

A little out of the way but very nice, especially glad to have cold water in the fridge and a few snacks.
