John is a great host and we enjoyed spending a little time with him once in awhile. The place was as described and a good starting off place each morning.

Clark was incredibly accommodating the house was beautiful & just like photos. He provided a google doc which helped us get around, as we didn’t know London well. Clark was so quick to respond to any and all questions we had & overall a kind & lovely host who definitely went above and beyond. We were greeted with a lovely message & made feel right at home immediately. We felt incredibly safe in both the house and area. The amenities were beyond what was described, which was greatly appreciated Overall an amazing stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much Clark!

Eugenie’s house was absolutely beautiful. It really is vintage heaven & the beds were very comfortable. The neighbourhood was peaceful with great transport links. I would definitely stay there again!

Daniele’s place is a solid stay—communicative and helpful host, well equipped accommodation with the essentials, lively neighborhood close to transit and things to do, and comfortable beds with extra linens. We stayed with a toddler and found it relatively easy to baby proof. It is a very lively neighborhood so we did experience some noise from parties and foot traffic but that was the trade off for being so close to cafes, bars, and shops.

We had a great stay and Lynn was a great host. House was fantastic and in an amazing location. I highly recommend it!

Paul and Angela's cottage was perfect for our short stay. The location is in a very quiet location yet within walking distance of all the places we wanted to visit in Greenwich and near great transport links to Central London. The cottage itself has everything you need for a comfortable stay. As mentioned in other reviews there is a narrow spiral staircase as clearly shown in the pictures but our 6 year old managed this just fine and we were able to take our cases up. Paul and Angela answered any queries quickly and were kindly able to accommodate requests to leave luggage at the cottage pre/post check in/out times so we could make the most of our short stay. We would certainly stay again and recommend to others.

We were with three girlfriends. We were allowed to put our bags inside earlier than the check in time. The cleaning lady came in at the same time as us. John's place is very nice. Impressive bookcase. There is also a wonderfully sheltered garden where you can sit quietly. We were allowed to use everything in the kitchen and that was very useful. There are two bathrooms that were neat by the cleaner. John responds quickly to messages and helps if needed. We felt very comfortable. The location is perfect. You can walk into the city, or within 10 minutes you are at vauxhall metro. Thanks John!

The flat is in walking distance to a lot of places including Greenwich and close to bus and train services. it is close to a plethora of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. Antonio was responsive to any questions that I had during and before my stay within a short time. The flat is near to my family, so I'll definitely keep him in mind for future stays. I booked this stay for my husband's 70th birthday with our family. There was 10 in total. The greeting was lovely and David explained everything about his property with passion and warmth. Im not surprised the place has the 'wow' factor for myself and family. The converted narn had beautiful features very pretty but David has introduced some great electric blinds, lighting, modern kitchen but fits with the period property. Fab tennis court, David provided balls and bats for guests to to use. David then took us to the pool area and extra bedroom and we were blown away. Thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay. Lovely towels at pool and bedrooms. Plenty of hot water. Pool warm, jacuzzi great. We absolutely loved our time at Davids property. Would defo recommend. Top class.

How to start?? I would highly recommend Charles' place! When you get there and go up the stairs, you might think it's not going to be good. However, when you open the door you'll be taken back as to how beautiful his place is!! I felt right at home! Charles had wine, milk, OJ, bread and eggs. The sleigh bed was not only comfy but so pretty. He had great darkening curtains which also serve as a divider from the living room. The shower was welcoming. If I come back to London, I'd stay at Charles' place!

Thank you Sabreena. We had an amazing time in Forest Hill. It was the perfect mix of city and rest and relaxation. It is a really easy walk to the station to get into central London. However the local restaurants are also really good. The house is so spacious, with comfy beds and a great shower. The parking space was also a real plus for the area. Thank you Sabreena for being a great host! We will definitely be back.

This house was very comfortable. We had everything we needed at Battersea. It was very clean just like the pictures show. It had quite space for all of us easy to get in get out and also the subway underneath was very easy to access. Faisal was very helpful we would book again whenever we come to London thank you for everything.

Great location - the apartment was in excellent condition, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Silvia who checked me in and showed me the facilities (spa facilities, lovely swimming pool, gym,...) was lovely. The location was ideal, with easy access to public transport, shops, and restaurants. Having stayed with StarHost before, I can confidently say their service remains outstanding. I'll definitely book this place again in the future when in London.

We had a wonderful stay at Vera's apartment. It was well furnished, the kitchen was fully equipped, which was perfect to cook in the evening. We met Vera on our arrival, she is a friendly host and makes sure that you will feel at home. Thank you again Vera :-)

Had a lovely time at Marcela's place, it was close to lots of things but also incredibly peaceful for some nice R&R!

We had a lovely stay but bear in mind that this is the owner's home so don't expect an empty apartment as all his belongings are there. The apartment is about 10 minutes walk from Limehouse DLR station but this was closed all weekend. Luckily a helpful person told us where to get the bus (on the main road right by the station) and to get number 115 to Aldgate tube station. You can also get number 15 to Trafalgar Square. Fabulous views of Canary Wharf lit up at night from the Thames path behind the building.

We loved our stay at Josh’s studio. This was our first visit to London and loved the charm of neighborhood. Great restaurants and pubs, and everything was within walking distance. The house info pdf was excellent and one of best set instructions I have come across. Highly recommended!

This was the ideal place to stay during a work trip. Accessing the property was easy and everything was as described.

Spectacular, quirky and super cool place. We only spent one night at Fayes beautiful place, wish we could have spent more time there. A lovely place that has lots of quirky features, some great books, lots of utensils and cooking pots and pans. A very relaxing place where you can while away the hours perusing the selection of books, whcih has eveything from 60s fashion, albumn cover artwork to architecture. Faye has taken care to provide everything you will need from matches to light the josticks, to a vast array of homey blankets to snuggle into, and beautifully smelling scents to further enhance the ambiance. A great location with plenty of shops, restaurants and cafe's to walk to. It's only a 35 minute walk to kings cross and the same to the emirates stadium. A great find and highly recommended.
