Comfortable room with double bed and ensuite facilities with shower. TV, Kettle and Wifi. Safe roadside parking. Within 10 minutes walk of Reading University Whiteknights Campus. Easy drive to Thames Valley Business Park. Number 21 bus from Reading town centre/railway station (Exact money or card needed, no change given) stops at Harcourt Drive just 5 minutes walk from us. Very happy for easy food preparation in kitchen (microwave preferred). We have another bedroom if a family wishes to stay.

Modern 1-bed studio annexe at the end of the garden, with private access and outdoor patio and seating area. Off-road parking included. Short walking distance from Reading University and Royal Berks Hospital, Heathrow RailAir coach link, and 24-hour bus service to and from town centre. Close to a very pleasant walk along the river to Sonning. Reading is a 25-minute train ride into London Paddington, and has beautiful countryside situated all around it, such as Oxfordshire and Henley.

We are located very near the Royal Berkshire Hospital and University of Reading. We have a bedroom, garden room and bathroom for people to use during their stay (nothing is shared). There is a separate entrance to the guest's accommodation and there is no access to the main house. We have a cat who sleeps in the adjoining room (our utility room), but will not have access when guests stay. There is no breakfast supplied. There is on road parking on weekday evenings and weekends.

Freshly painted single room in a friendly 2-bed-apartment in Caversham, 15 min walk to Reading Train Station via park, 20-25 min to Town Centre, 15 min drive to Thames Valley Park via Sonning. I stay with a 14 - year old daughter and I spend a lot of time cleaning therefore calm, polite and likeminded people are welcome. Please note, as part of a room service, I reserve the right to service the room to refresh/ open windows/ replenish tissues etc.
