This studio apt is for ONE (1) GUEST ONLY with off-street parking, easy access to a Zen-like patio, & gas grill. We are 5 mins to Lucy Pk, 10 mins from downtown or MSU, & 10 mins to SAFB. A quiet & serene, safe retreat perfect for shaded walking, running, or biking. Your guests are welcome, however, they are not allowed to stay overnight. Please, no exceptions made without penalty.

We loved Lance’s property. We especially appreciated how it felt like home. The shelves were full of everything one would need in a home whether preparing for a meal, cleaning up afterwards or needing to do a load of laundry. I even ironed a shirt because an iron and ironing board was handy. Thanks for hosting us.
