This is a self contained and is the residential part of a barn conversion. It consists of 2 bedrooms upstairs. One with a super king size bed. The other with 2 single beds. Downstairs there is a study/single bedroom, a large sitting room, large kitchen and bathroom with Jacuzzi bath. The indoor swimming pool is across a courtyard and is 10x5m. Guests are welcome to use the garden.There are free range hens, ducks and peacocks. Private parking. No smoking. EV charger available at cost of £0.55kWh.

The modern space includes a king-size bed, workspace, smart TV and kitchenette with living space on the ground floor. The annex is separate to the main house and a patio is located outside the annex, overlooking the garden - not use when we have guests. Located between Liverpool and Manchester, with Padgate, Warrington Central and Birchwood stations nearby. Easy access to the M62, M6 and M56. Close to attractions such as Gulliver’s World and Walton Hall & Gardens. On-street parking available.

The Hay Barn

Luxuriously Rural Sensitively converted, the Hay Barn is a blend of traditional exposed beams and vaulted ceilings with luxurious modern furnishings, king size bed and amenities. We have expansive National Trust Nature Reserve views and gardens, a lovely calming setting to relax in and focus on your wellbeing. We are located on the main bus route into Liverpool and between 2 train stations with quick access into Liverpool and Manchester. You will have private entrance to the property with parking available if needed. So whether you are working near by, visiting friends or family, supporting your favourite team or Theatre show we will be sure to make you feel right at home. We will be near enough to help you if you need us .

The Holt Bolt Hole

We have a lovely house in the countryside in Cheshire. Our Airbnb is The Bolthole.This is separated from the main house via an internal locking door. For you is a front door with key safe, lounge, comfy sofas, tv, log burner, 2 double bedrooms one with a tv, and bathroom with shower. Kitchen area with airfryer,kettle, microwave, toaster, fridge the only thing we don’t have is a kitchen sink but we wash up for you! Workspace and guest wifi access available. Outdoor seating available. :-) x

This is a great space for a couple, a family/group of friends. High-end finish 2 floor country cottage. Situated on the main road through the village the cottage is less than a 1 minute walk to the local gastro pub. Just around the corner is the historic Bridgewater canal.
