A colorful, non-smoking apartment renovated in 2021 with a separate entrance. The apartment is quietly located, close to the city and spacious (65 sqm). The center can be reached in about 15 minutes' walk or you can walk 2 minutes to the bus stop. The apartment is suitable for 2-4 people. There is a bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. In addition, you use a kitchen, bathroom, dining room, hallway and storage room. A children's travel bed and high chair are available on request.

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe von Innenstadt, Bahnhof fußläufig 10 Minuten, Restaurants und Nachtleben Oldenburgs sind also ganz nah dran :-). Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen des morgendlichen Vogelgeszwitschers und viel grün druherum, obwohl du mitten in der Stadt bist. Die Dachterasse wirst du auch zu schätzen wissen. In unsrerer Straße wohnen nur liebe Leute. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende Abenteurer, Geschäftsreisende und Familien (mit Kindern).

The Donnerschwee farm, first mentioned in 1937 and later built, is located in the northeast of the city of Oldenburg and was the first settlement house on the square. The Donnerschwee district emerged from an old farming village, which presumably existed since the 9th century. Überall in dem Garten und auf dem Hof finden sich schattige Plätze für die Großen zum Verweilen und verwucherte Geheimecken und Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kinder. Ein Schwenkgrill mit Feuerschale lädt zu abendlichen Lagerfeuern auf der gemeinschaftlichen Grillterasse ein.

Das Ferienhaus liegt am Rande einer bewaldeten privaten Wochenendsiedlung. Es ist großzügig geschnitten, hell, modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Paradiesisch ist es dort zu jeder Jahreszeit & perfekt für eine kurze oder längere Auszeit in der Idylle! Für die Sommermonate gibt es ein hauseigenes Standup-Paddling Board (SUP).
