The apt is newly renovated, 50m2, bedroom, living room with sleeping sofa, kitchen and bathroom. Located in a beautiful historic "Biedermeier" building from 1845. Central location, 6 minutes walking distance to the airport train (CAT), 4 minutes to Stadtpark and 9 minutes to the prestigious first district. The apt has hardwood floors and a mix of modern and antique family furniture. It is on the fourth floor with lots of natural light and very quiet. We love to help you any special requests!

You can literally walk anywhere, and there are wonderful restaurants nearby. The studio (27 m²) itself has been completely redesigned, and the bathroom and furniture are completely new. Although centrally located, it is very quiet. Professional cleaning and disinfection ensures 5-star cleanliness.
