Central location, 6 minutes walking distance to the airport train (CAT), 4 minutes to Stadtpark and 9 minutes to the prestigious first district. You can literally walk anywhere, and there are wonderful restaurants nearby. The studio (27 m²) itself has been completely redesigned, and the bathroom and furniture are completely new. Although centrally located, it is very quiet. Professional cleaning and disinfection ensures 5-star cleanliness.
