The Rose - Romantic loft at the Spessart forest

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

The apartment is situated in a partially renovated water castle from 1565 in the small village of Hollrich, Germany It consists of 2 lovingly decorated bedrooms with a kitchen and a bathroom. You will stay in one room with cross vaults, beautifully decorated stone columns and a newly installed solid oak floor which gives the room a pleasantly warm flair. The view is out to the court yard and the moat . A closet is installed in the 51 inch thick wall .

The apartment is on the 2nd floor (not accessible) and features a sunny terrace for relaxing. Dogs are welcome. You can find shopping options in Marktheidenfeld (about 10 minutes by car). Public transportation is limited – your own vehicle is required. Ideal for nature lovers and peace seekers.

Idyllic tiny house in the middle of nature, on the edge of the Snow White town of Lohr am Main. In the house, built in 2022, there is a living area, kitchen, bathroom and a cozy bedroom in the attic. The private terrace overlooking the Spessart Forest invites you to dream. The hiking trail starts right outside the door. Two-legged friends are rarely seen here, but four-legged friends are. Our small zoo consists of dogs, cats and mini pigs.

Vacation apartment in the Maintal

Get comfortable and enjoy your vacation in our spacious place. Explore the beautiful Main Valley by bike, for example. Karlstadt with its historic old town, many restaurants and shops is only 2.5 km from the apartment. The beautiful outdoor pool in Karlstadt opens its doors on May 1st.
