Beachfront holiday rental in Wilderness

This house was worth every penny, from the surroundings to the house itself, it met every expectation and more. The host is also extremely friendly so we were all happy about the experience. Highly recommended.

Every now and then you come across special places in the world, places you feel truly priveleged to be able to visit. This is one of them. It's a wonderful place to stay, it's a whole experience being there, both wild and rustic but also comfortable and set up just right. The cottage is perfect. A great space for two to share, cosy and decorated with a minimal but excellent taste, the kitchen has everything you need, be it for storing some snacks or more concerted cooking. (of, for example, delicious things you find at the nearby Sedgefield market). The area is wonderful to explore, jump in a kayak and go! And, sure, you can hear the traffic across the way, but at least in mu opinion, it just doesn't matter. Stay for as many nights as you can, you're going to want to. Watching the tide come in….watching it go out….so relaxing. Super weekend with baby, kids, grandparents and dog. Playing in the lagoon all day and enjoying the quiet splashes of the fish in the evenings. Thanks again Charles and Ryk

It was peaceful. And a safe area. And Al the shops are close buy. And the community area is a great. There halo full. We enjoyed our stay. And that you to them for being under standing.

Four of us were here for a paragliding holiday. The house is in a quiet and safe area. The path to the beach starts directly in the garden and is a bit adventurous. Ken is a super chilled dude! He lives in the middle part of the house. The garden is beautiful. It is said that it is possible to take off/land here with a paraglider for very experienced pilots but you better drive to the near by takeoffs ;) Restaurant recommendations in the area: 2Girls ! Maughty monkey cafe Would we come back? Absolutely!!

As a Garden Route local, I can confidently say this home is in one of the absolute best locations in the entire region. The setting is peaceful, scenic, and perfectly placed to enjoy all that the Garden Route has to offer. The house itself is truly beautiful—thoughtfully designed, exceptionally maintained, and filled with character. It’s rare to find a place that combines such a stunning location with such tasteful living spaces. Highly recommended.

A perfect stay from beginning to end. Gabi was a wonderful host and the property is fabulous. Everything you could possibly need is there, even bubble bath which was a lovely touch. Stunning views, a sparkling pool and almost daily dolphin sightings made this a fantastic experience.

Amazing family Holiday. Truely a all round great stay. The house is beautiful and very practical. Swimming pool perfect for kids and adults. Walking down to the beach is very easy. Great restaurant also walking distance from the house. Running and Cycling routes also excellent. Nico is a great host and very helpful. Location could not be better.

The house was lovely. Furnishings were new and beautiful. Great TV's, everywhere, good wi-fi and aircons. Beds are extremely comfortable and Towels were great quality. The environment was so peaceful and near cafes and restaurants. Communications were prompt and efficient. I highly recommend Dean and Matilda's place - the house is truly impeccable !

The beach location is unbeatable and the views are amazing! The rooms are nice and spacious and have lovely windows for views of the beach and stars at night. The hosts were all very nice and easy to communicate with and did their best to assist us with any queries we had. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of plates, cutlery and cooking supplies. We will love to go back again!!

This place was absolutely incredible! The views are spectacular; the beach is a short walk and there is a shopping center conveniently situated 2 minutes away. The host was friendly and helpful; The house has everything you need, and I cannot wait to come back here again!!!

My family had a fantastic 3 nights in your accomodation and found ourselves loving your family friendly house.We did have 1 small hiccup with one of the drains being block but after a phone call was sorted out very quickly by a plumber.A very happy clean and lovely place and would highly recommend.

This is a great location, well equipped house with a great view, squeaky clean and neat, very safe, and the host was friendly and responsive.

We couldn't be more grateful to Pierre for being such a wonderful host. We got stuck in traffic and so arrived ridculously late. He was an absolute gent in staying up to let us in and it was hugely appreciated! Separately, this Treehouse is incredible!!! You're genuinely a one minute walk from a private beach and it's got astonishingly peaceful mountain views. The Treehouse itself is incredibly well equipped with heaters, a hot tub, amazing wifi (good enough for Zoom calls) and just the best vibe. Would highly recommend!
