This 1,000 square foot unit is the private second floor of a 1919 built home with a separate side entrance. It has a small kitchen with full size appliances, washer and dryer, WIFI and a Roku tv with Netflix logged in. We are a half mile from downtown Eustis and less than a 15 minute drive from downtown Mt. Dora where you’ll find shopping, restaurants, live music, and weekend festivals.

We're in a quiet part of Ocala with only a few neighbors within 100s of feet. We're close to the 200 hub, 1.5 mi from a high school, & on a paved road. So, we're not in the middle of nowhere. The apt is private, no one else lives or can rent in the cottage. Our home is abt 100 feet away (far/close enough for added safety & host assistance).
