This small charming cottage is located just off the Blue Ridge Parkway in Glendale Springs. It’s close enough to ‘do all the things,’ but you’ll feel totally secluded at The Happy Place. A fun mural waits for your selfies! Near Hiking, tubing, kayaking, and waterfalls. West Jefferson is within 15-20 minutes. Enjoy the large fire pit or play games at the picnic table (we have a drawer full!). Want to bring friends? They can reserve the other tiny house on the property! Ask me about it!

Kelley Acres Cabins: 18 acres to relax on

Kelley Acres comprises 18 acres in Roaring River, NC. nestled within wine country, trout streams, hunting, rafting & golf, and 5 miles from Stone Mountain. The cabins are dated to the mid 1800's and can accommodate 6 comfortably. Full kitchen, 2 baths,laundry, A/C, Gas fireplace, the Master cabin has a Queen Cedar log bed, Living Cabin has Queen AirSoft sleeper sofa "awesome sleep" and loft with 2 single beds and room for more. Perfect for couples and families that want to slow down a bit.

We're located 20 minutes from Boone and 15 to West Jefferson, and even closer to the Blue Ridge Parkway and New River activities like fishing and tubing. Very private, cozy and quiet cottage in the pine trees yet only about a mile from the heart of town and its shops, restaurants, museum and free summer concerts. Stainless steel appliances and big screen tv with streaming services. Easy hop to Blue Ridge Parkway, hiking and biking, wineries, Boone. About a mile to downtown. Watch wildlife from the private rear deck or walk the 2.6 acres of grounds, part landscaped, part garden, and part natural. Adjacent to greenspace/parkland.

Our Happy Little Hut

Come and stay in our unique quonset hut just 15 minutes to Boone! This is a half circle metal building turned into a unique tiny home cabin experience. This 400 sq ft space has everything you need including a bedroom, bathroom and upstairs kids loft. The main area has colorful wood details and an accent wall with 100 year old barn wood right from our own farm. The water is straight from a natural spring up our mountain. This space is ideal for couples, and two kids.
