Situated in a quiet, private road adjoining our residence there is ample parking and good transport links to Liverpool and Chester. The double bedroom has good storage space and an en-suite shower room. The lounge has a smart TV (streaming services) and an electric fire. There is an inbuilt kitchenette with fridge, microwave and hob (no oven). A small table is provided for dining and working. We are 30 minutes from Liverpool and Chester and the Wirral has miles of beautiful walks and cycle paths
