Welcome to this luxurious new-build upstairs apartment in a modern resort, just a few minutes' drive from Mambo Beach. Good to know: The resort is still under development. Construction work takes place on workdays between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, which means you may experience noise disturbance on the balcony. That's why we are temporarily offering the home at a reduced rate. The work is expected to be completed by the end of September.
