Chesterdale is in the heart of Kuitpo forest on 32 acres, surrounded by 8,900 acres of pine plantations and native forests. Perfect for walking and riding, the Heysen and Kidman trails are accessible through our back gate. Famous McLaren Vale and Adelaide Hills wineries are nearby. While the guest suite is attached to the main house, it is quite separate and totally private. A 50 minute drive from Adelaide’s CBD and a 20 minute drive from southern beaches, it is perfect for a weekend escape.

Leawarra Farm Stays

Our unique 127 acre cattle property has stunning views, private lake (offering catch & release fishing), beautiful landscaped gardens to relax in and abundant bird life. Our cattle enjoy being hand fed and we now have a small herd of colourful cute mini goats. Great photo opportunities and something for every one. Conveniently located within easy reach of shops, cafes, world renown wineries and restaurants in McLaren Vale and historic Willunga, beautiful beaches, and Victor Harbor.

There is an outdoor spa bath on the large deck with views back to McLaren Vale. Nearby is Willunga township and golf course, farmers market, cellar doors, restaurants and beaches. Those looking for exercise we have a tennis court and the Shiraz trail is adjacent.

Its rustic, stylish & fun. Enjoy an open, light-filled space with views of the sky and surrounding landscape. At night, you can see the stars from bed, and in the morning, wake up to natural light . Its a simple and comfortable way to experience nature while still having all the essential you need.

This tiny house, the Nook, is nestled under oak trees. A perfect stay during the local wedding season, or when you just want to get out and explore. Styled with a rustic touch and wabi-sabi principles, the Nook is equipped with a queen bed and kitchenette facilities, including a bbq, and even an outdoor bath! The large front yard and courtyard is surrounded by a beautiful garden that provides private sanctuary and local bird habitat.
