The Granary is family friendly & dog friendly. Open plan with kitchen, dining table and lounge area. Upstairs large family room with king size bed, tv, ensuite shower room and two single beds in an alcove. Perfect for family stay: child gate at top of the stairs, highchair and travel cot. For doggy members of the family, a cosy bed, water & food bowls. Monks Barn Farm is a working sheep farm with two holiday cottages and caravan site (touring vans & motorhomes). Footpaths directly from the farm.

The Coach House is a beautiful, well decorated, self-contained apartment with incredible country-side views towards Edge Hill, Brailes three peaks and stunning Walton Hall. High ceilings, modern interiors and a beautiful location. It is within easy reach of the Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon, Warwick, Cheltenham, and Silverstone (30m). Nesting Red Kites regularly fly overhead. Very well appointed it makes a perfect spot for a romantic break. You are guaranteed a warm and friendly welcome.

The Old Wash House is a grade 2 listed building. It has been sympathetically restored using reclaimed materials wherever possible to create luxury boutique style accommodation. The village of Bretforton is on the edge of the North Cotswolds. It is a short drive from Broadway and Chipping Campden, Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury It is a 5 minute walk away, the award winning Fleece Inn. A basic continental breakfast comprising granola, bread yogurt etc.

The Annex, own stairs to bedroom & ensuite

We have a spacious Annex which forms part of our main house. A living area provides table with chairs and comfortable seating area. TV and internet. Tea, coffee making with microwave and small fridge. Bowls, tea and dinner plates with cutlery. Own private staircase leads to bedroom with King size bed and spacious ensuite bathroom. Please note there is no kitchen but we will wash and replenish any crockery etc. The Annex is part of our main house and separated by a locked door.

IDYLLIC COSY WEST WING CLOSE TO CHIPPING CAMDEN

Approached up a quarter mile long driveway, this is the west wing of a large Cotswold farmhouse set in a courtyard within 12 acres of fields and is the most perfect retreat. Where possible a two nights stay over weekend please. The wing has its own private front door and is self contained. It is immaculately clean and has BT broadband wifi. Outside we have an astro tennis court and have an area beside there with chairs and table to sit and relax
