Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Winchcombe

My husband and I are in our seventies and found the place very clean and well situated for what we needed we took our dog with us and the accommodation was spot on for him the local people were friendly and accommodating plenty of nice walks

The barn was just like the pictures and very clean which was perfect as we was travelling with a baby. It’s very peaceful with lovely views from the garden and would definitely recommend. If you are travelling with dogs just note there is not direct access to the garden from inside the property as it is accessed through a gate round the front of barn.

We loved our time in the Jasmine Cottage! After 5 busy days sight seeing in London, this was the perfect place to stay with our 8 and 5 year old sons to just relax and enjoy a slower paced few days. A 1 minute walk (at most) to the town shops, restaurant, and water. Everything looked exactly like the photos, the host was extremely responsive and helpful, and the location could not have been better. We already miss it and will look back fondly on our time at Jasmine Cottage for many years to come!

Simply perfect! The hamlet is a haven of unparalleled tranquility. In Lantern Cottage itself we marvelled at the tasteful design and a ceaseless feast of wonderful quirkiness. The beautifully tended garden is a delightful place to find solitude. One of the highlights of our many travels this idyllic cottage is a definite revisit.

Modern apartment 10 minute walk from shops and restaurants. Street parking wasn’t a challenge. Communication with host was ok. We had a problem with the shower drain, and they fixed it within a few hours. Everything works properly. Bed was comfortable, but as with all airbnbs in UK/Europe, a bit small by US standards. The bathroom was cramped, and the shower was tiny. Seniors might find the shower a challenge. The stairs to the bedroom were narrow. Not difficult for climbing alone, but a bit of a challenge with luggage. In June with temps of about 18 degrees Celsius, the bedroom was comfortable despite lacking air conditioning, but I’m not sure how it would be in the heat, if it ever did get hot in the UK! In short, the place might pose challenges for seniors but is a good option for others.

We loved our stay in the barn. It was in a great location, only a short drive away from the main Cotswold towns. The barn was spotless, and very peaceful. We loved the private garden. Would recommend staying here to anyone who wants a quiet country getaway.

It’s a beautiful house with a character. It is as nice to read the history of the place . House has been maintained well. Great for families. Would definitely visit again probably for few more days next time .

Great communication and lovely house near the outdoor heated swimming pool, tennis courts and sauna

We spent 6 days at Rob’s place with our 3 children. The weather was not our friend but the onsite swimming pool meant we still had a fabulous time. The hot tub was a great addition to the property. The cottage had plenty of room for us all & the spa facilities were fantastic. Great location as well, we had a lovely morning wandering around Cirencester. Rob was super helpful. We used 2 of the recommended places to eat & both were fantastic options. Lovely stay!

Me and my partner went with the dog, we had one of the best times in this spot, really relaxing to be at the pod and then travelling around the villages was lots of fun. Was always nice to come back to the lovely pod! The kitchen had everything you needed as well

Beautiful peaceful spot in the Cotswold countryside. The cottage is spacious and well equipped with great walks straight from the door. The pool was such a fantastic asset and really added to our holiday.

We had a great stay at the barn, celebrating a big birthday. There were 6 adults staying and we were all extremely comfortable. Mike and Joan were very hospitable, generous and responsive. The barn is as fabulous as the photos suggest. The views are amazing. The pool is wonderful. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay. We very much hope to return.

Beautiful cottage in a lovely location. Easy walk to the pub across the fields and a lovely owner who was very responsive and willing to share her dogs with our children! Pool is a fab bonus and location is great for local villages and attractions, such as the Cotswold Wildlife Park. We didn’t want to leave and have already re booked!

Great stay with the family at Chris & Alexandra’s. Great cottage exactly as described and located in a lovely gated community. Comfortably housed 6 adults and 2 toddlers. We benefited from clear and detailed instructions both for finding the place and staying in it. The hosts responded promptly to any questions we had. Would highly recommend the place for family stays!

Victoria's property is exquisitely decorated and furnished throughout. The location is perfect for a short stroll into the town centre and access to the disused railway walking trail opposite. The living room is large and very light and airy with a high ceiling. Although at first floor level, the back door opens out onto a lovely enclosed garden. Ideal for our dog. Above all, we were very surprised as to how peaceful and quiet the location was. Thoroughly recommend it, couldn't have wished for any more, Victoria had thought of everything.

Stunning location and lovely home. Wendy was super helpful with any questions answered quickly. Gorgeous sun trap in the private courtyard garden which meant you could sit out and enjoy the sun into the evening! Spacious home and perfect for what we needed for two nights.

A beautiful hidden gem in the Cotswolds countryside! You can get more peaceful and relaxing than this! A lovely cake on arrival, clean fresh bedding and towels. Everything you need in the kitchen. A lovely little courtyard and dog friendly. We had an amazing 2 night stay for my birthday. Finding the games, Scrabble and connect four gave us a few giggles. Lovely walks around the area... I highly recommend this beautiful converted barn / mill house. It has everything you need from toiletries to blankets and fans if it's hot to logs if it's cold. Leonie’s cottage was a great place to stay to explore the Cotswolds for a few days. The cottage was clean and in a great location. Parking was easy and Leonie was an excellent host!

Lovely location and special lovely apartment. The road down was a little narrow but Ronnie explained how to get to the accommodation very well. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. Clean bathroom with nice towels. Living room was lovely. The TV had some DVD to watch and was a nice place to relax. Pull out sofa was a little uncomfortable to sit on but was ok for the amount of time we were there. Very nice location, and accommodation would definitely recommend staying. And we would stay again

We loved our home for the week. It proved to be an ideal base to see the Cotswolds. There were shops a couple of miles away and we weren’t far from supermarkets in Evesham. The kitchen was well fitted, we Wanted for nothing. We will definitely recommend this venue to anyone wanting to visit the Cotswolds.

Bucket list location, the Cotswolds was a dream to visit. Jill’s cottage made the stay even more special. We had plenty of room for 3 adults with a fully stocked kitchen and very comfortable surroundings. Especially nice was the washer and dryer after traveling for so many days. Parking was available and getting around the towns was easy with Jill’s many suggestions. Highly recommend Old Butchers restaurant! (Reservations required). I would highly recommend Jill’s cottage anytime. Special thanks again to Jill for her warm hospitality.
