More often that not the accommodation photos are better than the actual accommodation, I am pleased to say that this time it was the reverse. The Acorn Cottage was better than the pictures, it was just lovely! For the price you pay you are getting an absolute 5 star experience, the cottage is perfect for 2 people wanting a romantic getaway, or even just for one person needing some solace and a quiet retreat. Well appointed, nothing was missing. The kitchen has everything you need, the bed is huge and so comfortable, quality linens and pillows, the bathroom is spacious and so well though out, great bath, good quality towels. You really don't need to bring much, some clothes and food. The view is spectacular and a little Weber takes care of that quick braai if you feel inclined and the company was exceptional - the friendly resident dog Luna. I loved it, will be back again for sure. Private and secure, Abbi is professional, responsive and doesn't fuss - perfect!

We had an incredibly peaceful stay at this beautiful house in Paarl, surrounded by stunning views that made our visit truly special. The tranquility of the location was exactly what we needed to relax and unwind. What made our experience even more memorable was the host’s kindness and thoughtfulness, Fiona and Thuli went out of their way to purchase a birthday cake and even made a “Happy Birthday” sign for my husband. It was such a lovely and personal touch that really touched our hearts. We are so grateful for her generosity and care. Highly recommend this lovely spot for anyone looking for a serene getaway with exceptional hospitality and not to mention the park, treehouse and hockey ground, my toddler truly enjoyed himself!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Lavender Lane. We felt completely spoilt staying in such a beautiful home. All bedrooms are en suite and extremely comfortable. Loved being on the golf course where we could walk around freely. The pictures don't do the house justice!
