A large deck with sun throughout the day. Private 6-ppl luxury jacuzzi , kayak,and BBQ . Free Carp, Trout fishing on site. Local village pubs and places of interest - Cirencester, Tetbury, Westonbirt Arboretum etc. Dogs on request for a fee, sorry no cats.

69 Windrush Lake, our 4 bedroom lake view home is the perfect place to relax. Set in beautiful grounds right next to a great lake which can be used for fishing, paddle-boarding or kayaking. Lots of other free activities on-site. We bought our holiday home in 2022 to create great memories for our family. We spent 5 months renovating the property inside and out with everything brand new and we are very proud of the home we have made. We ensure the property is always immaculately kept.

We had a few days away with family and the 2 small Grandchildren. The Grandson loved seeing the birds and water skiing. The Heron was a regular visitor. Wendy was extremely quick helpful in resolving an issue. We loved the location and the house itself and we would book again. A tip would be if you are using the cot, then remember to pack a sheet. I had packed these but its something you might forget.

What a fabulous stay at Sophia’s place! Made even better with wall-to-wall sunshine to enjoy the deck and the lake to there maximum potential. Beautifully appointed and decorated house with clean and comfortable accommodation throughout - even better than the photos show. Great walks and activities near by and a supper place to gather and spend time as a group.

Tracey provided detailed clear instruction for checking in/ out and what the expectations were. The house was beautiful and in a picturesque location, right on the lake. Ducks, geese and swans were regular visitors. The house was easy to find and had parking right outside. There was everything you could possibly need for a stay, with a very handy little "cleaning" pack. A fridge freezer and an under counter fridge. The dishwasher was very handy for our party of 5 and a half (with three dishwasher tablets in the cleaning pack). Lovely tea/ coffee welcome pack. The bedrooms were quite spacious. The on site park was a real hit with the little one. Lots to do within a 10 minute drive. The only criticism I could mention is that the house/ decor was a little tired, particularly the kitchen and there were cobwebs in most of the rooms. Neither of which affected how much we enjoyed our few days. Thank you Tracey and Lee

Absolutely beautiful home, one of the best we’ve stayed in. Excellent for all ages - my children loved the tennis and play area. Lots to do in the area for families. Hired a canoe in the lake next door and enjoyed lunch in the cafe too. Would love to come back one day!
