Our party truly enjoyed our stay here. Lots of space and everything was clean. It's very close to Disney but felt remote at the end of the day. Would recommend. Hope to stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The place was spotless, comfortable, and had a very welcoming vibe. The location was ideal—close to restaurants, shops, and easy access to all things Orlando! One of the highlights was the pool area—it was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, with plenty of lounge chairs and shaded spots to relax. I really appreciated the clear communication from the host and how easy the check-in process was. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay!

This is a great place to stay if you have kids. The house had toys, books, a really cool bunk bed. My grandson loves it. There is so much to do in the development. The area is close to all the parks. I would stay here again.

Jennifer’s place was great!! Our group was two families, 4 adults and 3 kids total. The house was huge and had lots of space for everyone! Super clean, looks just like the photos. The house is stocked with everything you need for traveling with young children. The neighbourhood is beautiful, quiet and super family-friendly. You can walk to the resort in 5 mins, which was a lot of fun. Jennifer was very friendly and always quick to respond. We had no issues and I would absolutely recommend this place to any large group or family looking for a great place to stay!

We had such a great time staying at Michael’s place! Our five teenagers were never bored with all of the fun amenities! The kids had a great time with the karaoke machine, arcade games and outdoor area! My husband and I love coffee, so we really appreciated the coffee bar and supplies that were provided. The house was beautiful and Michael was extremely responsive. We would stay again!

This oasis is the perfect getaway! I don’t even know where to begin with all the great things so I’ll just list them: - Convenient to everything: walking distance to margaritaville pools, and shops at sunset walk and a quick 7min drive to Disney World parks. - Perfect space! Very cozy home with pool and hottub that were so fun to play in. Beds were very comfy. Home had ample space. Easy entry. Lots of bathrooms (4). Free parking right in front of home. - Adam was very responsive to all our messages/needs. We will definitely be back!

Good spot easy check in and lots of space

It’s a perfect place to stay during the Disney visit. 10 - 15 min drive to Disney parks. Large 3 bedroom property in a modern complex. Very clean. The host was very responsive. Kids enjoyed the pool and water park.

Our stay was perfect! The home was spotless, well decorated, and very spacious. The cabinets were well stocked, the closet had luggage racks which came in handy, the bedroom had an outlet adapter with various ports, and the bathroom had travel toiletries that were readily available. The property itself was located near a variety of restaurants and other retail establishments. Now to the star of the review: José is an absolute gem. He was so kind, so attentive, and extremely patient. José’s response time was always prompt and we did not encounter any issues during our stay. Our flight was set to arrive hours before the scheduled check in time and José graciously accommodated an earlier check in time at no extra cost. We celebrated my gf’s b-day and I inquired about a b-day display upon our arrival. We were welcomed with a balloon, a bottle of champagne, two champagne flutes, and a candle (again at no extra cost). José thank you for an incredible stay! Book here; you won’t regret it! ☺️

We loved staying at Fonti’s place the host was quick to respond and very nice. The place was just how it was described and came with a beautiful view. We would love to stay here again if in Orlando.

If you plan to go to Disney World this is the perfect space to book! It’s very close to the parks and it’s so peaceful and quiet. It’s very clean as well we didn’t have any issues with cleanliness. I will definitely be back here!

I had such a wonderful stay! I absolutely loved the location of the Airbnb and the grocery store was so close by just incase I needed to get anything I forgot to pack. The pool by the club house was a short walk over which was amazing. Also it was in such a quiet area as well there was barely any sounds of cars driving by it definitely made me feel right at home. I would definitely book again!

We definitely enjoyed our stay and will recommend Emery’s place. It’s very clean, well organized. AC is great. Close to supermarkets, restaurants. Check in is very easily. Staff is friendly. Love the well-stocked coffee machine very much! Will love to stay again! Thanks for having us!

My family of 5 had an incredible stay. My daughter's loved the decor of the home especially the Monsters Inc. themed room and the accent wall in the dining area. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, everything was clean, and the entire place just felt cozy. We ended one of our nights nestled in the living room enjoying a good movie just like at home. I'd highly recommend a stay here. You're extremely close to the theme parks and there's a Walmart just 5min down the road.

Aaron was an amazing host. From the start he was kind and quick to respond to all of my questions and concerns. He was willing to provide with the information that I needed before I even paid for the space. My biggest concern was meeting the check in time. Once I said that to Aaron he assured me that my check in time would not be an issue, and it wasn’t. His instructions detailed everything. Staying at Aaron’s unit was hassle free and fun filled.Everyone was so kind. Everything looked just the way they did online. It was a very clean space. They offered plenty of towels, pool towels, tissues, trash bags and blankets. My kids loved the water slide/ water park area too.I preferred the walk in ready pool that was the perfect temperature for me. Not too hot and not too cold. Everything was just right. There was a Walmart about 5 minutes away or less. There were also countless amazing restaurants within a 15 min drive. We hope to make this our family vacation home. I hope you do too.

We had a great stay here, but the place was not as clean as you would expect. The host was quick to respond about the lack of cleanliness and it was resolved the next day. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Nice, clean place. Well advertised and organized. Lots of little extras like toys for the little ones and extra place settings. Super easy to check in and about a 10 minute drive to Disney (depending on traffic). Great neighborhood with a Walmart right down the street (other shopping and restaurants really close, too). Kids were very excited when we got there. Great vacation!

We had a great experience at Ef and Yimm’s Air BnB. We do stay at a AirBnB’s frequently. There were a few things that we noted that exceeded expectations: 1) nice appliances in the unit (with a working ice maker that was full of ice when we got there). 2) enough laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent for multiple loads, 3) resort area was very nice. Kids loved it. The splash pad for little kids is one of better ones I have been to, 4) the house is equipped with everything would need for babies, 5) area was quiet at night, 6) and the master bed was super comfortable. Would definitely come back.

Amazing amazing amazing!!! I can’t talk highly enough about this place. Perfect for a family vacation for your little one going to Disney. Has everything you need even seasonings if you want to cook! Love this place. Amazing communication. Will be booking again for my birthday!

So fab for families, has pool toys, kitchen stuff you forget to order, super close to Disney and condo’s pool; owner makes sure you are stress free and relaxed; everything for kids - little to older; right next to pool

We found the apartment very clean and well maintained. The photos fully match what they offer. Very well endowed in every way. The location is very convenient to go anywhere in Orlando. The condominium is very nice, safe and nice.
