We invite you and your family to enjoy our 18th century Georgian Cottage. Our recently renovated, small but spacious, home offers more than meets the eye from the peaceful, aesthetically pleasing street out front. Nestled nicely in the heart of Whickham, surrounded by parks, pubs and restaurants. A public bus can get you to town in only 15 minutes and a taxi will cost about £12. We don’t mind if you bring your dogs. We get it! But please no more than 2 and please don’t leave them alone🐕

The Gosforth Retreat

This spacious self contained set up is ideal for those working in the area or for singles or couples wanting an overnight stay for a reasonable price in Newcastle. Located just off the A1 to the north of the city, it is situated in a quiet residential family area and has ample free street parking nearby. Consisting of a living room, a large double bedroom, a large bathroom with bath and separate shower, small kitchenette and shared use of the garden.

There's a bus stop directly outside, with buses into central Newcastle every 30min in the day. Watergate Forest Park is right next door, with a fantastic cafe, lake, swans & lots of other wildlife. We're only a couple of miles from the C2C cycle route, with easy access to lots of other cycle routes & walks.

The flat is located in the Heaton area of Newcastle with lots of trendy award winning cafes, bars and restaurants located nearby. The bijou flat is ideal for a couple or very close friends.
