Very clean unit, comfortable bed, soft sheets. The bedroom's electric heater works well & looks like a mini fireplace. Extra outlets are on the night stands next to the bed. There is a closet to hang clothing. Convenient location. The photos are helpful. I planned to find the parking lot in the daylight but went after dark. The GPS brought me too far. Apple maps corrected that error. A sweet little bunny greeted me in the parking area. It added a very nice touch to the experience. Would definitely stay there again.

This place worked great for my friend and I as a place to sleep and decompress for the day while visiting our friend at UVM. Host was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We had a lot of privacy and felt very comfortable. Overall a great stay!

thank you so much Smita and Alok! 6 stars all the way! our stay for 5 nights was THE BEST Air BnB experience we can imagine. From your invitation to dine with you on our first night to your help setting me up to play pickleball on our last night , we enjoyed every moment of our stay. There were some very interesting conversations and a good few laughs along the way too. In particular, we wanted to gain some insights into American life and you certainly provided that for us. We're missing Sparky your dog already. he's such a character! We hope that we can repay the favour and show you some English hospitality when you visit the UK. Great downtown location

Joe's place is immaculate. It is spacious and well stocked with linens and kitchen items. The space is located in a newer, secure building. It is very walkable to several bars and restaurants and it is a quick drive to where our daughter lives in the south end of Burlington, and to other points of interest. Joe's place is definitely one of the nicest places we've stayed, and we visit Burlington regulary. We would certainly stay there again when we visit our daughter!

Czarina and Perry are very friendly and welcoming hosts (and the dogs were very sweet). They frequently checked in to make sure everything was comfortable and that I had everything I needed. The bedroom is spacious and comfortable with its own thermostat. The bathroom is also spacious and always felt clean. They have all sorts of kitchen supplies and clean the kitchen thoroughly every day. I enjoyed cooking some meals with them.

I’ve stayed at Leo’s Place before and it never disappoints with a responsible and caring host, your needs are always met. There’s a very walkable distance to downtown and to the lake so you’re never bored, I highly recommend!
