Holiday rentals with a kayak in Wise County

The house was amazing. Love the kids room. Was a great place on the water. Everyone was very comfortable.

Very cute place for a quiet getaway. Did tons of fishing and learned a new way to clean fish from the neighbor who were the sweetest people!

Tomie’s place was a great place to stay while in the Bridgeport area. It was so clean and updated very nicely . Hosts were easy to communicate with and check-in was very simple. The hot tub was a bonus and made for some relaxing nights on the deck, and the grill was great for outdoor cooking. Would definitely stay here again!

Our family was attending a wedding in town and chose this location so that all of the kids could spend some time at the lake (which was right in the backyard). We brought groceries to feed the whole family, but after a few hours we realized that the fridge was not staying cold. I called Dewey and told him about the situation, and he immediately brought over two smaller refrigerators for us to use until the big fridge could be fixed. He even offered to compensate us for any groceries that went bad. Dewey and his family are not just running a business, they are neighbors who exemplify the spirit of hospitality. The house was comfortable and inviting, having nice amenities as well as a cozy atmosphere - kind of like a patina of happy memories. Our family would absolutely love to stay here again! Thanks again Dewey to you and your family for helping us create some happy family memories of our own.

Absolutely perfect Texan retreat! The location was great, the house was spotless, and the views of the lake were breathtaking, especially watching the sunrise in the morning. The host was incredibly accommodating and responded quickly to any questions. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

Brenda and Paul were very friendly, helpful and professional. They are Christian and I felt comfortable in their home. Worship on the deck area by the water was so peaceful and comfortable. We woke each morning, set outside and watched the lake. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

This place exceeded our expectations and made for a relaxing weekend getaway. Great views and plenty of locations to relax in the sun or the shade. The game room provided a good place to hang out to get out of the heat when it was too windy to be on the water. Home decor is very well done and made it feel like a resort home. Kitchen was stocked with everything we need and more. My favorite part of the trip was sitting in the hot tub in the unseasonably cool May mornings and looking out over the quiet cove.

Jessica was flexible, communicated regularly and went above and beyond to be accommodating and meet our needs. She was so kind, and her place was perfect for a lake weekend! Definitely would stay again.
