The apartment consists of an anteroom, bedroom 2 children's rooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom(including steam shower), toilet and balcony. The apartment is only rented as a whole and there is also everything you could ever need. The house is located directly on the St. James Hiking Trail. Swimming lakes are in the immediate vicinity. Practical doctor, dentist, department store, bank, trafik, inn, pastry shop and bakery (also open on Sundays) are about a 3-minute walk from the accommodation!

There are several hiking trails down the mountain and in the morning the birdsong outside the door wakes you up. House with entire green space is at your disposal. Children are welcome to camp with a fire pit. Free Wi-Fi is available as not all cell phone plans have full reception.

Shopping facilities are available in the village of Edelschrott, 15 km away, or in the village of Hirschegg.
