Sit back on the sun-drenched veranda of this cosy period house and take in the sweeping views across Green Park. All rooms are spacious and come with all the essentials to make you feel at home. As hosts with a young family, we occupy part of the property and share a common wall with the guesthouse. However, the AirBnB is private, has a separate entrance and shares no common areas. This self-contained guesthouse is part of a gracious federation family home on a corner block with its own private entrance. It has one bedroom with a built in wardrobe and desk. The Living area is a combined living/dining and kitchenette leading to a large outside verandah/deck. The space is flexible and perfect for business travellers, young families and couples looking to enjoy the best parts of Sydney. We have an air mattress and crib, which we’ll include or remove based on your sleeping requirements. You’ll feel just like you’re at home away from home! Guests have a separate private access with no shared areas and direct access to Green Park from the outside veranda accessible via a side entrance. This property supports keyless access powered by August Home. Should you wish, there is no need to interact with the residents of the house, the apartment is your space and is totally private. Across the road from the house is Greens Park, which boasts a playground, public tennis courts, and basketball hoops. Cammeray golf course is practically on the doorstep as well, and there's a huge array of cafes, restaurants, and bakeries nearby. Cammeray is an excellent location with immediate access in all directions by car. There is plenty of all day parking on the street just outside our place. Public transport is a breeze into the City, North Sydney and Mosman. It's even an easy walk to & from North Sydney, Neutral Bay & Crows Nest for work or play. The kitchenette comes equipped with a bar fridge, microwave / oven, 2x induction hot plates, toaster, jug and necessities.

This luxury apartment is fully renovated. Full kitchen, washing machine, air con, wifi and your own patio. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs with views. The house to which the apartment is attached is on a quiet heritage street. Access to the apartment is via the rear garden of the house. 5 mins walk to North Sydney station, 4 mins to Victoria Cross metro, 4 mins to vibrant restaurants, bars, cafes. So sorry, not suitable for babies or children. A safe and luxurious place to stay.

Minutes from city, but in a total bushland peaceful setting, as well as 5 minutes walk to cafes, bars and restaurants of Cammeray Village. Our Quarrymans Cottage is tucked away in the bush, down a driveway behind other properties (then 10 steps) to the cottage - which is level. The cottage is part of our home. It is 100% renovated, but some work continues on our home. it wont impact you, but so you know. (although the driveway you'll see our materials storage.You walk straight passed that.)

This historic place in a little known inner ring historic suburb is opposite Cockatoo Island and is full of sandstone houses, leafy streets and reserves on the harbour. It’s comfortable and spacious, like a section of a townhouse with three gorgeous French doors with garden views. It has quality furniture, artworks and classic books, a fully equipped kitchen, an upstairs bedroom and bathroom with ample clothes storage. It’s the sort of rare Airbnb find that you just want to spend months there. If you want to explore Sydney forget staying in the central area. At this lovely leafy location you can walk to the ferry, which gets you to the city in 25 minutes. Getting on the harbour is a must in Sydney. I caught up with friends and relatives at: the Woolwich Pier Hotel - a gorgeous historic pub renovated with original character,; The Deckhouse where you can walk through the reserve and sit next to the water looking towards the city and harbour bridge; and a short walk to Ironwood cafe.

I had an amazing stay at this Urban Stays unit! The apartment was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The location is fantastic—quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to cafes, restaurants, and public transport, making it easy to explore Sydney. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, providing clear check-in instructions. The balcony/view was a great deal bonus, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch stay in North Sydney. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!

Luxury Apartment in St Leonards

Clear instructions on check in and Janet was available and responsive on any questions. Positive aspects: Apartment is very convenient for city (train or metro) and supermarkets, still feels very new, lots of natural light and has a beautiful rooftop pool (albeit quite cold but great when you’re in!). On the downside, small bathroom if you have more than one person, TV is not great (speakers were not working well), limited kitchen surface space for cooking and table top ironing board not great for a longer stay, second bedroom is the enclosed terrace and parking is on the 10th floor under the building which takes a good 5 mins to get in and out. Overall I had a two week stay and I would definitely come back - thanks Janet :)
