We are new to hosting and we aim to please. Whether you have a car or not we have the ideal location. The 15 min express bus to Sydney CBD is just around the corner, 10 mins to Chatswood Shopping Centre, 20 minutes to Manly and the beautiful Northern Beaches of Sydney. There is plenty of unrestricted parking available in our quiet leafy street, You can walk to Echo Point Park with it's sandy beach, marina and cafe and picturesque Harbourside bush walks. We are within walking distance of 2 Golf Courses, Tennis Courts and Platinum Fitness First Gym with an indoor pool. You will have your own private sunny outdoor courtyard with table & chairs. The brand new Caesarstone kitchenette has a convection microwave, induction cooktop, fridge, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery & glassware. Bookings of 7 nights or longer will have access to a Thermomix to whip up beautiful meals at the click of a button or 2. Free wifi is provided and air-conditioning. The eat in living area has a flat screen TV, and a bookshelf full of books and boardgames. There is a dining table and a separate desk for a work space. Modern bathroom with vanity, toilet and shower, toiletries are provided. The bedroom has a very comfy Queen sized bed with posturepedic mattress, built in wardrobe with chest of drawers, plenty of hanging space and a safe. There is a laundromat within walking distance, but we can do a load of washing for you for a small fee. Our space is suitable for travellers, country visitors and business people alike. We really want this to be your home away from home! This is a self contained private apartment with your own front door and entry via keypad code. We provide a welcome pack with transport details and local attractions and we are happy to give advice and point you in the right direction, according to how much time you have and what you want to see and do. Your apartment is located right next door to us, so if there is anything you need we are here for you, but we totally respect your privacy. This is a quiet, friendly suburb with easy access to public transport, cafes, and restaurants. The property is just 15 minutes from the CBD by express bus and minutes on foot from beautiful bush walks for some time away from the urban buzz. We are around the corner from the bus stop. There is plenty of unrestricted street parking. We are just 11 km from Sydney's CBD, 13 km to the Northern beaches of Sydney and 3.6km to Chatswood. Huge Designer Studio Next to Lovely Park

Escape to this meticulously curated lifestyle apartment. The home features an open-plan layout, an all-white color scheme, dabs of blue, original period details, contemporary furnishings and decor, an an urban chic aesthetic. (Please note we take sanitizing extremely seriously and to ensure we never have any contamination due to COVID-19. We use hospital grade disinfectant on all surfaces before any guests arrive we have our own professional cleaners to ensure a safe environment ) The apartment is ground floor with no stairs. The building is a security building and also in a very safe neighbourhood. The guests have full private access to the apartment, it's set up as a serviced apartment and guests staying over 7 days will receive weekly cleaning and linen change. All linen is Hotel grade and high quality. There is also a coin operated laundry at the rear of the building. I live nearby and our office is down the street but unless you need to see me I won't be there to meet you. We have after hours check in and security in the building North Sydney is a fantastic neighbourhood. it's just across the bridge from the CBD but is more residential. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets in the area. Nearby there is also Sydney's famous Harbourside amusement park. The bus to the city is about 2 minutes walk from the apartment, there is also North Sydney train station about 10 minutes walk (note its uphill from the station). If you want to take an uber it's less than 5 minutes to the middle of the city. Also if you wanted to walk it's about 45 minutes to walk across the bridge. North Sydney itself has everything you need from shopping to Supermarkets and many dozens of food options The parking is for one standard car or suv. It’s down the end of a narrow driveway. Which is tight. (The driveway is on the left side of the building ) The space is on the right at the end of the drive. (Note there are 2 car spaces so you need to leave space for the second car). It is uncovered. But it is off-street and the car can be left for the duration of your stay until check out. But not after check out time. And it’s not guaranteed to be available until check in time.

We use hospital grade disinfectant on all surfaces before any guests arrive we have our own professional cleaners to ensure a safe environment ) It's a sunny spacious studio (42m2 -450 fq ft) with a courtyard with views out across to the park. The unit has a washing machine as well as a full kitchen. Also has AC and heating. There is a Huge Smart TV, a BOSE sound dock and Nespresso Machine. It's light bright and in a fantastic location the whole space is rented solely to the tenant, Our office is down the street and I live about 5 minutes drive away if there are any problems. You will receive A light tidy and linen change if you stay over 7 days. we are available via phone and can assist as we have a contact who lives in another unit within the building and can assist with onsite questions. North Sydney is a wonderful part of the city. The apartment sits across from a large park and boasts access to restaurants, cafes, public transport, and a farmers market every second Sunday, all just moments from the apartment. The train station (north sydney) is 10 minutes walk but do note it is uphill, we suggest if you are not driving then the bus stop is only 2 minutes walk down the road. Light and airy pool house that has been converted into comfortable self-contained accommodation. Naremburn is 6 km from the Sydney CBD and accessible by train and express bus. City buses and/or buses to the beach are 100m away and bustling Crows Nest with over 100 restaurants is a short walk or bus ride from your door. There is free street parking on the other side of the street from our house if you are driving, however, it does get busy in the morning with commuters.
