A spacious apartment with everything you need. The check in was flexible and the instructions straightforward. Unfortunately the apartment I was in didn’t have an allocated parking space but guidance was provided for alternative parking.

We had a fantastic stay at the Ballroom. We knew it would be lovely from the photos but were not prepared for just how big the place was..it's huge! The location could not be better. So close to all the restaurants and cafes but at the same time quiet. Melbourne coffee and Sorisso Italian opposite are both brilliant and I would recommend checking these out. Sam our host was great with communications and Debbie who took care of us on arrival was very attentive and made us feel most welcome.

This was my first time using air bnb so i was a little nervous. Everything was great. Dean was fast at replying and everything went smoothly. Property was as described. Would stay again. Thank you.

This place was everything we needed - but better. Monica and Phillip were perfect hosts. There was cheese and ham in the fridge and for breakfast delicious fresh fruit and yoghurt. We had use of a beautiful sunny garden and the flat was spacious and well equipped. I would recommend to others without hesitation. Thank you Monica, we loved staying at your place.

The place suited our needs perfectly. Had an issue during check-in with getting the key but Ade responded immediately and resolved our problem straight away. The flat itself was tidy and comfortable and served three of us perfectly during our visit. Thanks very much for facilitating a lovely time!

Extremely convenient for access to the NEC, and Solihull nearby for any other amenities or needs. Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable surroundings. Definitely recommend.

Nice, modern 1 bed flat only 10 mins or so walk from New Street Station. Flat was comfortable and well appointed, plenty of bars, restaurants, shops etc. a couple of mins away. Khalli was responsive and pleasant and gave us easy to follow instructions for check in. Would happily stay here again if I needed something in Birmingham.

I stayed here for around 40 days and honestly, it felt like a home away from home. The hosts are incredibly responsive and kind — they replied to any queries I had almost instantly, and were sweet enough to accommodate a late checkout when I requested it. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures: cosy, clean, and very inviting. The pantry was well stocked with essentials (and more), which made cooking easy and convenient. Every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and I felt genuinely spoilt! The Wi-Fi is fast, everything is well maintained, and the location is perfect — just a 7–8 minute bus ride to Bullring. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a comfortable and well-managed stay.

Approached Sophie place after a last minute decision to stay over night, ready to collect a vehicle the next day. Enquiry made at 6pm, response had within 5 mins and booking was made shortly after. We traveled up, check in around 9pm and had a stress free overnight stay with our little boy and two dogs. Flat 2 was well equipped, spacious and pleasant to spend the evening/ morning. Sophie’s instructions and communication was clear and responsive - can easily recommend! thanks!

Loved the apartment. Met my needs and it looked exactly as advertised. The host was really nice, friendly and accomodative. We felt cold on the first day of check in and the host was proactive to offer us another heater. It was a good stay!

Very central and comfortable apartment. Great to have two bathrooms when sharing with friends. Great communication from host. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Everything was wonderful the host was responsive to any messages really fast, The home is beautiful perfect for our girls night or a romantic one. The host missed no attention to detail. And you pick your keys up from the shop so you can grab some milk that was the only thing we needed. I would have paid more it was definitely worth it.

Another good stay in Moseley. The apartment is a good size, well proportioned and clean, just right for two people.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ray’s place! The apartment was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and peaceful stay. The location was perfect, and everything was exactly as described—if not better. Honestly, the pictures don’t do justice to how lovely and well-kept the apartment truly is. Ray was an incredible host: kind, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and always made us feel welcome. You can truly tell he cares about his guests and their experience. We’re so grateful for the hospitality and would absolutely love to stay here again in the future. I Stayed here for 6 weeks whilst on placement. Cosy and clean place to come back to at the end of the day, great kitchen and very useful to have washing machine too, the lounge area was also very cosy and great TV with everything I needed!! The studio was only 20 mins from city centre so lots to do around the area and i found a great gym only 10 mins away. Overall, a really nice place, will being going back if ever down there again.
