This small cabin has recently been re-built with new pine paneled walls and ceiling, bunk beds, carpeting, electricity, a new Eco-outhouse!, solar shower and It is located at the edge of a field about 100 yards from our home. It is a perfect base camp for hikers 12 miles south of Franconia notch trail heads and Appalachian Trail crossing. The cabin is most often used by hikers who want a base camp near many of the most popular hiking trails near Franconia Notch. It is a peaceful and quiet place.

Great stay at EverHaus Cabin! We stayed there with our 3 year old, and it was perfect for us. The little living room makes a great 2nd bedroom to put a pack and play in. The main bedroom was nice, the bed could have been a little more comfy but I’m pretty picky about beds, we both slept great both nights. The cabin is in a great location, right down the road from Woodstock and Lincoln and a short drive to Franconia Notch. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay there again. Thank you Luba for the great communication!

We stayed here with our two dogs to do some hiking in the area. The house was clean, with a huge kitchen and plenty of supplies to cook with. The charcoal grill was great to grill with too. The mud room was really helpful for our dogs, giving us a space to take care of them before letting them in. There's plenty of space in the house and several beds to choose from with different comfort levels. We were able to visit many different hiking spots nearby, as well as the kancamagus highway, without it feeling too far away. The street is quiet. James was very responsive any time I had questions. I'd recommend staying here if you're out this way.

Private, dog friendly location near many hiking trails. I only had a few days in the area, but this is a great location for so many trails and is set up for a comfortable long term stay with a fully stocked kitchen.
