Located above our garage with independent access, it offers a spacious open-plan lounge and kitchen, a comfortable double bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Within walking distance of public transport links plus shops, bars and restaurants. The property is on the 1st floor - there is no lift and it is not suitable for those with mobility issues.

The walk back is uphill but if you don't fancy the exercise you can catch a bus. Near bus route to City Hospital and a short walk to buses into City Centre.
