The intimate studio includes a new en-suite, a fully equipped kitchenette and a smart TV with on-line content. As our guests, you can enjoy your own sunny courtyard and walk around the gardens. The king single beds can be joined to make a comfortable mega king. A small fold up bed is available for a child to medium height.

The Barn is fully self-contained accommodation 20metres away from the main farmhouse. Wildlife abounds on this secluded 140 acre farm. You’ll wake up to the neigh of a horse, or the chatter of the cheeky King Parrots. We hope you like animals! Great place to take a break & breathe in the country air, while still being only 20min off the M1 motorway & 18min to the Grafton CBD. Fold out sofa bed available for additional guests or kiddies.
