Really enjoyed staying at the house - view of the bridge is spectacular. We went to two shows at the Opera House and hit the Galleries ... we were able to walk everywhere which was great. Suzanna was great giving us lot's of local recommendations from the pub across the road to high end options. She was very communicative and I couldn't have wished for more from a host.

We stayed for around 28 days at Catherine’s place, and it had everything we needed for that length of stay with our young baby, including a bassinet, which was a real lifesaver. The street parking was a bit interesting and was the only minor inconvenience during our stay (to be expected when the place is so centrally located). There is plenty of timed parking, but kind of a lucky dip/stake out exercise to get a spot in the untimed/free all day parking in the street. We always managed to get a spot eventually though when we kept an eye on the street for vacancies! It would have really elevated our stay had there been a visitor’s permit available at the property for the timed spaces.

What a remarkable location - and a unique way to access the tree house via boat. Berowra Waters is a stunning place, and having your own little boat tied up to the jetty to jump into for a peaceful explore of the water at any time was definitely the highlight of the stay. The house is lovely and nestled in high trees and bushland with expansive views up the river, with the afternoon sun reflecting the undulating ripples of the water onto the ceiling of the lounge room like a meditative slideshow. The indoor fire was super cosy, with plenty of wood supplied. Outdoor bath was a treat even on a cold night. It was fun to be picked up and dropped back at the marina by knowledgeable locals - very friendly and helpful. Loved every moment !

We had a relaxing weekend getaway and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Siro, the host, was incredibly friendly and responsive, making our check-in and overall experience smooth and stress-free. The property offers an unblocked beachfront view, providing a peaceful and private setting in a quiet neighbourhood. There’s free street parking space just right below the house, and the house is situated on the high side, giving it an elevated feel. We especially appreciated that it was pet-friendly — it made our trip even more enjoyable! The house was immaculate, with a spotless living room and bathroom. Thoughtful touches like complimentary towels, a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and even sunscreen were provided. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a gas cooktop and all the necessary cookware and utensils, meant we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Loved our stay here! The house was welcoming, lots of natural light, well equipped and nice and clean. Great modern bathroom. The street is nice and quiet and it was always pretty easy to find a car park nearby if not right out the front. Only a few minutes walk to the main streets and close to Woolworths and some good cafes. Our kids loved the park right across the street. Roslyn was a great host, she gave clear instructions and was very responsive.

Remarkably well provisioned. Beds were super comfy and the location is spot on. Very easy to get to the city or walking distance to Bondi beach. Great host!

It was great location(you can go anywhere easily from the airbnb) and host sunny was so nice! Helped use to early check in, Always caring us when we need help or somethint. Room is so cozy and beautiful for sure, everything was clean. Our family enjoyed stay here, beautiful mermories we made! I am a total fan of this apartment. It is so beautiful, comfortable and providing everything you could possibly need. With the owner on call for even the slightest query, our holiday was perfect. The corner position provided dazzling views, both day and night, and for the keen cook, the kitchen was equipped with every implement imaginable. A lovely neighbourhood too with frequent bus services and a plethora of cafes nearby as well as a weekly organic market. I shall be returning!

Jacqueline and Michael’s Airbnb in Bondi Beach is the perfect spot for a beach-focused Sydney getaway. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach and with a bus stop right outside, getting to downtown or Circular Quay is super easy. The apartment itself is cozy, clean, and has such a welcoming vibe. It truly felt like a home away from home. The decor is stylish yet comfortable, and there are thoughtful touches throughout the space. The neighborhood is vibrant, with cafes, shops, and restaurants just around the corner. We especially loved being able to walk to Bondi Beach in minutes—it made morning walks and evening swims a daily routine. Jacqueline and Michael were incredibly kind and responsive hosts. They made us feel so welcome and offered great local recommendations. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and I honestly can’t wait to rebook this place when I return!

Neil was an excellent host, very accommodating and accepted our very last minute booking. The pool table was great and well maintained, as was the hot tub. The stay was clean and very comfortable, everything you could need! Espresso machine, milk and some condiments in fridge, bottled water too. And reassurance in the welcome book about precautions taken to keep spiders at bay (i’m a recovering aracnaphobe). Bed was comfortable, shower was great and great water pressure. I think this place is an absolute steal of a deal! We only spent a short stay here on our way through from the Gold Coast to Victoria, but we will definitely be back! Thanks Neil!!

Brendan and Maureen’s place is wonderful! It’s a beautiful apartment with incredible views in one of the best locations in the world, Bondi Beach. The apartment was clean, well maintained and stocked with everything listed, and is in close proximity to everything you could want/need. Getting into the building/carpark/apartment was seamless. I couldn’t have asked for a better base for a really great trip. I highly recommend Brendan and Maureen’s apartment…I promise you won’t want to leave!! Thank you!

Stayed here for about 2 weeks and enjoyed every bit of it! In a great area that’s quiet at night and is a short bus ride to the city and bondi/bondi junction as well. Home was clean upon arrival and had no issues during my stay.

Thank you so much for having us Sara! The house was perfectly located - easy walk to lots of fantastic cafes and restaurants and an easy uber to anywhere around the city. Lovely well decorated home with great amenities! Clean and tidy! Beds were super comfy which is always a plus! The only thing to note is the stairs are steep which Sara was kind enough to warn us about but definitely consider if you have any mobility restrictions! Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend this location 🙂

We had such a wonderful time! It was the perfect spot for our wee family to explore Sydney - close to transport networks, stocked with everything we needed, heaps of character and Alexis was always incredibly friendly to deal with. Would definitely stay again when back in Sydney!

I stayed at Stuart’s place for a month while in town for work. The location was perfect - cute cafes right outside the door, a lovely neighbourhood, and easy access to everywhere via bus or walking - only downside is the auto body shop across the street. Place was spacious for Sydney and the building was very secure. Stuart nicely arranged a cleaning halfway through my long stay. I only wished for AC on a couple hot days but mostly the fans and balcony doors were sufficient. Would recommend Stuart’s place!

We had a great experience here. The apartment was very clean, nicely stocked upon arrival with coffee pods and other essentials, and is in a great location. The kitchen was well outfitted, cooking here is not a problem at all; the bathroom was clean and had lots of hot water. Any problems that arose were handled very professionally and quickly. WiFi was great also. Overall - great hosts, great apartment. Would recommend!

Loved the location and cute decor of Jess’ place. She was also very flexible when we arrived early, allowing us to drop our bags after a long overnight flight. There was some confusion around the availability of a portacot - when we booked, it was shown as available on request, which turned out not to be the case when we arrived. Some very nice neighbors came to our rescue lending theirs! Overall a great place to stay for those traveling without kids.

Such a quaint unit. The decor was different which made it fun. Beautiful old building. The location is excellent. Tad noisy first thing in the morning so if you are a light sleeper you may wake. Was fine for us. Would absolutely stay there again for ease of access and location.

Suzanna’s place was perfect for us! Two bedrooms and SO close to everything. Walking distance to wonderful restaurants and the ferry to take us one stop to the harbour. Will definitely be booking again.
