Farm Living

JenniferRating, 5 stars1 week ago
It's a beautiful back yard and working farm. It's peaceful & fun to hear the animals ( peacock & donkey). There is lots to do for kids. The place was clean with roomy main bedroom & livingroom. The kitchen had everything needed but lacked ample counter space or room to store unrefrigerated food. The dehumidifier ran all the time & had to be emptied every day. The patio has couch & chairs looked comfy but got wet in rain. The picnic table was nice & coukd be dried off. My grandkids had a blast using the pool, trampoline, hammock, see-saw & climbing structures. It's a very peaceful place. We hiked on 2 different Mass Rail Trails near by.

Historic Loft with bathroom & kitchenette

EmilyRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Thank you Kaedra for creating such a lovely place to stay to get away. My husband and I stayed here after getting married at Fruitlands and Kaedra went above and beyond by decorating the room with fresh flowers and putting out some thoughtful poetry for us to read. She was incredibly kind and welcoming. The loft is full of charm and it felt like a home away from home.

Potager Farm Private Townhouse

WesleyRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had a wonderful stay in Christine’s place in Groton. The apartment is very comfortable, lots of light and beautiful. The kitchen is stocked and the bathroom is great. Cozy little TV den. Upstairs large bedroom was great; and upstairs bedroom for our son was comfy, too. The gardens/lawn were beautiful and the house is walkable to Main St in Groton. Great communication and Christine was very accommodating with checkin and departure time. We would definitely return to her lovely home.

Farm stay in a Historic Ski Lodge turned Barn

TomRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Absolutely loved our stay in the suite above the barn! The space was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully on-theme — clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The surrounding farm is stunning, with peaceful views in every direction. But the true highlight? Allie the dog. The sweetest greeter you could ask for. 10/10 would come back just to pet her again.

This was our second stay with 10 plus family members. Great house, never felt like we were on top of each other. Marcus was very attentive to our needs. Definitely recommend this property, you will not be disappointed. Very handicap friendly and the view of the lake (and goats) was priceless!

Rustic Meets Rich 1731 Farm

ElizabethRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Jen and her husband Rob were the loveliest hosts. This B&B style rental was more than we ever could have imagined. We were served the most thoughtful lovely delicious breakfasts every morning at the times we needed. Lovely fruit left out for us in the afternoons and a delicious snack before dinner. Our hosts were more than gracious with our children as well AND their friends. They helped us have some of my kids hockey friends over from the tournament to play in the playroom and have lunch. They were so helpful in setting up for this and assisting while we had our guests. They have lovely animal rescues all over the property and my kids were just mesmerized by the animals. Delicious homemade ice cream on premises as well! The best Airbnb hosts we have ever had! (And we do rent homes quite often.) Cheers to Jen and Rob for running such a beautiful historic lovely farm house. Thank you for everything we will be back! Xoxo Liz & Jon & The Boys!

Artsy Barn in the Country

HaleyRating, 5 stars9 months ago
I stayed with friends for the September Brimfield Antiques Faire and had an incredible time. If you’re coming for the show, this place is a great option—the drive to Brimfield is about 30 minutes, but very easy and straightforward, and the Threadbare clothing and textiles show is only a few minutes’ drive down the main road. Monica was a great host and responded to our messages very quickly, bringing us things we requested and giving helpful instructions as needed. She keeps the place stocked with books, cassettes, games, etc. You can tell she put thought and care into making a great space for entertaining. The barn was bigger and nicer than expected based on the great price, and though the “bedrooms” were all connected, we each felt we had our own space and were able to decompress and sleep easily. The kitchen was stocked with most of what we needed to make our meals at home, and we had more than enough towels and bedding for all of us. I would definitely stay here again!

Be Still Meadows at Chase Hill Farm - entire home

CrissaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
I was searching for the perfect place for a family reunion in Massachusetts. And I found that perfect place in this gorgeous farmhouse. We fell in love with the rustic / meets modern design. The horses playing tag each morning. Bonfires and cornhole and s’mores brought us together after years apart. A magical weekend I will hold close.

High Grass Farm (old listing)

ChristopherRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We were all staying at High Grass Farm so we could attend the Brimfield flea market and the location of this place was perfect! The house itself was very nice and cozy. When we arrived, there were fruits, granola bars, and even a cake made for us to enjoy. The host, Karen, was quick to respond to our messages and even helped us out with our dog while we were out. Overall, an amazing stay and we hope to be back again!

Spacious 3 Bedroom Home for Family Farm Stay

ZaccharyRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Really enjoyed our stay! This location worked exceptionally for us, visiting family in the surrounding area (Rutland, Barre, Worcester, etc.) while also taking day trips to more far-flung excursions like Old Sturbridge Village and Nubble Lighthouse in Cape Neddick, Maine! Having the farm there, with everything it has to offer, was great for those who visited us! The surroundings are beautiful and the house was a much better option than staying in separate hotel rooms. It is a charming little house on a farm, so you get what you pay for, and the animals are healthy and active! Coming back to the property after seeing family was a joy. Even if you don’t stay here, if you’re in the area it’s worth a trip to visit Lilac Hedge Farm.
