From the moment you walk through the door, a warm, welcoming atmosphere greets you. The house has soft carpets that feel perfect on your feet after a day on the beach, and even more perfect showers that provide a relaxing bliss to start or end the day. The kitchen is very cozy and perfect for simple lunch with friends. The bedrooms are spacious with large windows that opt for privacy depending on your preference. Overall, the stay, for me and family, was extremely enjoyable and we would stay again without a doubt.

The house is spacious, clean, and conveniently located. Laura made everything simple, including easy check-in and good local tips. It was perfect and fun for four, but would comfortably accommodate more!

The condo was perfect for our family of 8. It is much larger than the pictures let on. The deck was big enough for all of us to comfortably sit and chat - and Julie has plenty of patio chairs and two tables! Everything was super clean, no clutter, lots of space to spread out and not be on top of each other. The location is perfect too! Quick walk to the beach and some shops. Bus ride can easily take you down to the boardwalk or restaurants you can’t walk to. No need to move your car once you are here. We enjoyed this stay so much we are planning on returning next year. Great area; quiet and clean. Very close to a grocery store and other helpful stores and restaurants. We didn't have to drive at all. We walked or took the bus. Our host was always very quick to respond to any questions we had and made our trip easy!

Great communication from beginning to end from Steve. House was super clean and as well appointed as any I’ve rented, including a Weber grill with fresh propane. The bedding was high quality with plenty of pillows and blankets. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and the yard beautifully kept. Steve also provided the best weather of the summer. Great place.

I highly recommend this house! Doug is a very helpful and responsive host. The house is just as pictured in the photos and very clean. The location is also ideal - private but close to everything! The deck and patio in the backyard are beautiful and right on the water. The pool is also very clean and relaxing. I don’t have one bad thing to say about this house, and I can’t wait to come back next summer! :)

the home was beautiful, quiet, orderly. we stopped at the wrong 13450 first and was confused we couldn't find 17.....we were in DE still. it was funny as we searched and finally realized we needed to go a few more feet to MD. I would definitely stay again.

The condo was everything we needed for our beach vacation. Clean, comfortable, easy parking, and pet friendly. Beds were comfortable and having laundry in the unit was really helpful too. Would stay again and recommend to anyone.

Perfectly as described. Partial ocean view with a one minute walk to the beach. Great location! Nice little porch area to sit and have morning coffee. Very spacious inside and very clean. Hollin was very responsive when I had a question. We loved our stay and would definitely go back and stay again!

I didn't know this little peninsula on the bayside really existed. It's a great location (across from 28th). Just outside the chaos of summer OCMD but everything is very easily accessible with a 2 minute drive or 15 minute walk. The apartment is great - nothing more or less than you would need. Our dog loved chilling on the balcony and people watching. The apartment also had strong air conditioners that could actually cool the place down sufficiently. Frankly that can be a bit of a rarity in OC rentals.

My wife and I stayed at Natallia's place with our almost 2 year old. The unit was in the perfect location, away from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk but still close by any amenity we needed. The view from both balconies was beautiful and the space was clean. Condo staff were great, pool was perfect, and the beach never got too busy. We would definitely recommend staying here and hope to be back soon!

Excellent vacation. Was a great location right on the boardwalk. I enjoyed people watching and loved watching the little tikes. The condo was beautifully designed and a great layout. Every bedroom was like its own little suite with private bathrooms. The master suite was just like the pictures and very large and comfortable. I loved having the extra hangers to get my clothes out of the suitcase ❤️. We also enjoyed the extra pillows, and blankets available. Steve was very helpful in arranging my linen rental for the time we were there. We enjoyed home cooked meals as well as eating out and everything we needed was right there. Such a great host!! Will definitely look forward to staying again. Was more than I expected and definetly worth the rental fee. Thank you so much. 😀

We stayed in a group of 4 for a music festival. The apartment was in an awesome location less than 1 mile from the venue. Check in and check out was smooth and the apartment was super clean and looked exactly as advertised. We would absolutely book again for a future visit!

We loved this airbnb location and the place itself. You are close to the beach and walking distance to all the restaurants and attractions. Plenty of parking right by the apartment so that was a plus and the host was very accommodating. Highly recommended and would definitely be coming back to stay at Nancy's place when in the area.

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay. We had everything we needed and it was very nice that some toilet paper, paper towels, and soaps were included when we got there.

We had a fantastic time at Tina’s place! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, boardwalk, and great restaurants. The space was cozy and clean and had everything we needed for our group of 7. Tina was a fantastic host, super responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. The check-in process was smooth, and off-street parking was a huge plus for our F150. The little library was a cute touch, and the overall vibe was perfect for relaxing after a fun day.
