Great location with easy access to the city, comfortable beds and kitchen well equipped. The apartment was as absolutely as advertised and we have no complaints, but the overall feeling was a bit corporate compared to other air BnBs we’ve stayed at for the same cost, maybe this was just lack of personal touches and having to do an emergency trip first thing our first morning for toilet paper as there was less than a third of a roll when we arrived. There was a bit of guess work re getting the hot water working, as the boiler was turned off, might be nice to turn this on prior to arrival, or add in to the apartment notes. Communications felt a little copy and paste and instructional, rather than personal, but these are tiny points in an otherwise pleasant trip to Birmingham. Thank you for the use of the space

Lindsay's instructions to access the airbnb were very helpful. The Airbnb was exactly like the photos, and is conveniently located to the city centre. I would definitely recommend!

Absolutely lovely. Full scores all round. We loved our stay here and will definitely return. The host went out of their way to accommodate our arrival and it is in the centre with lots of charm - felt like a genuine Shakespearian experience but with all the modern equipment :-)

We had a great stay in Sobia's apartment. We stayed in the deluxe 2 bed which had 2 bathrooms, one being ensuite. The apartment is extremely clean (which I loved!) and was also cleaned once during our 8 day stay. we travelled as a family of 4 with 2 young children and the apartment was great for this purpose. Sobia was a great host and responded very quickly to any queries. We also extended our stay and returned to the apartment for a second stay. I totally recommend Sobia's apartment.

This apartment was fantastic! Clean, comfortable and homely. Extremely spacious and at a price a hotel would charge you for a single room PER PERSON. All 3 bedrooms were fully furnished an equipped for a lengthy stay, even though we were only there for 2 nights. The bathroom was very spacious and spotless, the w.c. was just as clean and no worries about forgetting anything as all you would need is already there. Water was hot and pressure was good. The living area was cozy, comfortable, friendly and inviting. It was great for just sitting in front of the tv of an evening with a 55" smart tv, or congregating with fellow residents on the sofas or barstools at the kitchen island. The kitchen was extremely clean and well equipped, whether cooking, dining or just hanging out with a coffee. The outside area was great for all the above reasons too, with lighting and benched tables. As for Danny and Sarita? well, I now consider them friends as it felt that way when we chatted.

Spotlessly clean apartment in a great location. Simple garden area ideal for dogs and safe. Plenty of storage space in bedrooms and good kitchen facilities. Hair dryer and iron/ironing board Off Road parking space for one car

Enjoyed a short stay at the apartment near Montpellier area in Cheltenham. I was attending the races Tuesday and Wednesday and Emelye sorted a slightly earlier check in to allow me time to drop my belongings, get a change and get out in time for racing starting. Apartment was clean and tidy, bed was comfy and everything as described. Perfect for my 2 night stay. Race track was around 40 minute walk, and only 10-15 mins to town centre and all of the bars and restaurant. The apartment was easy to find, self check in was simple, and I got a parking space with free parking right outside the apartment! Recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Cheltenham! We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return again one day. It was just the break we needed

It was a beautiful place and fit our family of six perfectly. We loved the two bathrooms. Everything was clean with plenty of space. The only drawback was the parking. We had to drive around for a while before we could get a parking spot which we thought was included with the apartment. Israel got back to us very quickly with any questions we had. We would stay here again if we come back.

Great apartment with kitchen, dining space, living room and two bedrooms. Good size shower and bathroom. Kitchen had everything we needed. Parking was fine although there aren't designated spaces so you have to find somewhere along the street. We would stay again!

We had a great stay here while in Cheltenham for the weekend! The location of the apartment was very convenient in relation to the town centre, and the parking space was definitely a bonus! The instructions for check-in were clear and simple, the apartment itself had everything we needed and was overall a very pleasant stay! It began with a bit of a hiccup as the room did not appear to have yet been cleaned upon check-in however this was quickly and efficiently resolved! The hosts were incredibly helpful in their responses, and the room was organised to be cleaned as soon as possible! After this was resolved, the apartment was spotless and we could not fault it at all! We would highly recommend a stay here and would love to return sometime! Thank you for a fantastic stay :)
