At the Barn you will enjoy comfort, space and a bit of luxury.

Cosy first floor apartment set in the beautiful Charnwood Forest countryside close to local amenities and a 25 min walk from the local village pub. The town and Supermarkets are a 5 minuet drive away. East Midlands Airport & Donington Race track only 10 minuet drive away. M1 Junction 23 is 3 miles. The Stables is above unused stables and a perfect retreat for a few nights away. The farmhouse and hosts are on the other side of the yard with no view of the stable block hence its very private.

There is one king size bed and a double sofa bed. If you require the sofa bed for one night ONLY please supply your own bedding/towels for it. Welcome to our charming little cottage set in the heart of Castle Donington, a delightful cosy property providing a warm and inviting atmosphere, with original features complemented by modern touches. Centrally located, 1 min walk to high street. Close to Donington Park Race Track & East Midlands airport. SkyLink bus stop 2 min walk, goes directly to airport. Buses run every 20 mins in the day & every hour at night, taking you directly to the airport, and to Derby, Loughborough & Leicester.

Charming cosy character cottage tastefully renovated and opened to our first guests in March 2018. Located within a 2 minute walk from the centre of Melbourne, a beautiful georgian market town with a fabulous selection of pubs, restaurants & shops. It has an open plan kitchen, living room with log burner, 2 bedrooms (1 with a king size bed and 1 with a double bed) and a shower room (no bath). Outside there is a shared backyard and to the front of the property there is a shared picnic area.

Serene and calm, yet conveniently situated near EMA, Melbourne, Donington race track, and the Breedon Spa. This stylish house features three bedrooms, two en-suites, and one bathroom, along with a lovely outdoor area that includes a hot tub and seating. The property boasts two reception rooms; one is equipped with a large log burner, the other offers picturesque views of the countryside, featuring an eight-seater table and a sofa bed. Parking is available for a maximum of three vehicles.

The Duckhouse is a self contained building ( think large caravan size )within the large garden. The Duckhouse is small but has everything that is required for a short break. There is immediate access to amazing countryside and this lends itself to guests wishing to enjoy a quiet walking break. There is a large 24 hr Tesco near junction 13 M42.
