This new studio apartment in the lower level of my home is perfect for travelers for short or long term stays! You'll have privacy and room to relax or cook a meal. You'll have your own separate heating and cooling for your comfort. Maximum allowed occupancy is 2 people age 10 & up (no exceptions). Approximately 5 miles from highway 70 in Wright City with the last 1/8 mile being on gravel. Thirteen miles from Wentzville, 20 miles from O'Fallon, 6 miles from Warrenton & 17 miles from Troy.
