This is what vacation dreams look like under thatch: The Frisian cottage "Kliemkiker" was newly built in 2016: 120 square meters of living space for up to 4 people on a nearly 1000 square meter property with fantastic views, directly on the Wadden Sea National Park. A dog is also very welcome. All North Frisian islands (Sylt, Föhr, Amrum) and Halligen (e.g. Hooge, Gröde, Langeness) as well as the islands of Pellworm and Römö in Denmark are easily reached by car, train or boat as a day trip.

Our captain's house (more than 100 years old, lovingly renovated) is located on the Hunneswarf on the Hallig Langeness and is located directly between the historic Fething and the North Sea overlooking the island of Föhr and Hallig Oland. Due to the direct sea location, the sun can be admired at the ascent and sunset. It is particularly nice that you always have our captain's house (100 square meters of living space) as well as the 2,000 sqm Warf property for relaxation and sunbathing.

The cozy, comfortable and modernly furnished semi-detached house is centrally located in Wyk on Föhr. The house was extensively renovated in 2017. In a few minutes (about 400 m) you can reach the beautiful sandy beach with beach chairs, water sports such as sailing and surfing, the promenade, the harbor and the city center of Wyk, as well as the wave pool and the mini golf course. On the south terrace equipped with seating furniture, you can enjoy a quiet time as a couple or a family.

Unsere kleine „Kapelle“ befindet sich auf einem ehemaligen Bauernhof zwischen der Schlei und dem Naturpark Hüttener Berge. Friedlich eingebettet zwischen Wiesen, Äckern und Mooren liegt unser unverwechselbares „Mini-Dorf“. Bei uns leben vier Familien mit insgesamt fünf Kindern sowie eine freundliche Hovawart-Hündin, vier Katzen, ein Hahn und zwei Hennen. Alle Zwei- und Vierbeiner laufen auf dem Grundstück frei herum, es gibt bei uns weder Zäune noch Pforten.

Within 3 minutes walking you can reach a bakery, mom and pop shop, ice cream shop and 3 restaurants.

Bathing facilities as well as mudflat hikes are quick to reach, including the ferry docks to the Halligen or to Föhr and Amrum.

Since it is still used privately by us, it does not have one thing: the efficient, smooth charm of a holiday home. Where the wild roses grow, that's where we live.
