The garden house is located in the middle of our 2000m2 garden. At the edge of the garden you will find the sauna and hot tub that overlook the meadows. We live a large part of the garden here, and are happy to share the wealth of the outdoors with others.

In the beautiful Achterhoek, you will find this special house "wellness Gaanderen" hidden between the meadows. An oasis of peace with panoramic views, large fully fenced garden with barrel sauna, XL Jacuzzi, outdoor shower, heated swimming spa, and a Finnish Grillkota! The house is equipped with two bedrooms, luxury kitchen, full bathroom, washing machine, veranda and a cozy living room with wood burner. A wonderful place for 4 to 5 people to enjoy all the wellness facilities in complete privacy.

Die denkmalgeschützte, loftartige Unterkunft bietet auf zwei Emporen 4 Schlafplätze mit 2 Doppelbetten. Im unteren, offenen Wohnbereich kann auf der Schlafcouch ein weiterer Schlafplatz hergerichtet werden. Auch ein Baby-Reisebett ist vorhanden. Die moderne Küche ist für Selbstversorger gut ausgestattet. Sauna (30€ extra als Energieausgleich) und Kamin sorgen für Entspannung an kalten, der Bauerngarten an warmen Tagen. Das Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche wurde komplett neu in der Scheune eingebracht.

Welcome to the Lower Rhine. Our apartment has just been completely renovated and is located between the Hanseatic city of Wesel and the Roman city of Xanten. In the pilgrimage town of Ginderich, you will find us in the district of Werrich. Here it is nice, quiet and rural. The name reveals that you have a view of fields, meadows and the Rhine bridge Wesel. From us, there are a variety of bike paths to discover the Lower Rhine. The apartment is for 2-4 people. You can hear and see many birds all day long. You sleep in a cozy loft, which you can reach by a sturdy staircase. Other facilities: you have a private entrance, a work/writing area (height adjustable), a private garden with terrace (including BBQ). Listen to music via Bluetooth or record player and look around you...

Diese Ferienwohnung liegt im historischen Stadtkern von Kalkar in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, direkt am Grüngürtel, aber nur 2 min. vom Marktplatz (Rathaus, Touristikzentrale, Cafés, Bäcker, Restaurants, Banken) entfernt. Gleich neben dem Eingang kann man einen Sitzplatz im Freien mit Ausblick in den Garten genießen. Die Wohnung (ca. 49 m²) hat 1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, eine Wohnküche mit Schlafcouch (140cm x 210cm), ein Bad (ebenerdige Dusche), Waschmaschine, Gäste-WC.

Hohe Rheinstraße Neun - Vacation home

Vacation in the monument Built around 1550 on an even older vaulted cellar, the house has a late medieval floor plan and is likely to have been used as a simple small commercial house between the Rhine and the market with the originally hall-like room height in the front and the office in the back. It may be the oldest commercial building in the trading town of Rees. The listed house was privately restored in cooperation with the monument authorities from 2017 to 2019.

Zeddam, monumental enjoyment in luxury apartment.

Light and spacious, with over 50m2, there is plenty of room for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the independent studio with high-quality materials. Just as you would like it at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a refrigerator filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/quark, eggs, jam. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

Idyllic apartment in the countryside. Great starting point for various bike tours around the Lower Rhine. Beautiful old manor house from 1870 has been lovingly restored and modernized where necessary. The apartment is on the ground floor. In summer you can enjoy the tranquility and atmosphere in the outdoor area. In the immediate vicinity is the Kernwasserwunderland, the historic city center of Kalkar, Moyland Castle, the Roman city of Xanten and Anholt Castle.

We have completely renovated this old listed school from 1841 and set up a vacation home for you that offers plenty of space (100 m²) for relaxing days, but also for children and also for pleasant work. Everything is renovated to high quality according to ecological principles. Solid wood parquet, clay plaster with wall heating and individual furnishings make your stay a special experience. The building is quietly located on the edge of the historic city center.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Here you can relax and enjoy the tranquility of a village with 762 inhabitants. The landscape invites you to beautiful hikes and cycling tours. If you want a little more action, e.g. for the little ones, you are very well taken care of in the nearby Kernwasserwunderland. The cities of Kleve and Emmerich with a very nice Rhine promenade are very easy to reach on foot in 1 hour or by bike in 0.5 hours.

The place is close to the city center and Lake Aasee. The university of applied sciences can be reached in 10 minutes by bike and in 5 minutes by car (B67 in the immediate vicinity). A bus stop is very close. The bakery and butcher, as well as the food market, are about 1000 meters away. Our house and the apartment are located in a cul-de-sac. Public parking is available. We have furnished the apartment practically and cozily. Linens and towels are included.
