It was super, cozy and luxurious. It’ll however be more delightful having a DSTV subscription bundle especially for those who need to be abreast with world news and enjoy the likes of AFRICAN MAGIC, TOP HITS etc. Fully satisfied and will recommend it 100%.

Had the best time here 2 weeks well spent the host was proactive and the amenities enlisted as well where all present. Great location the serenity is second to none.

It was a lovely apartment, a home away from home. Very secure in regards to environment and good access point to travel to other places. Edwin made our almost a month stay enjoyable and safe. Very proactive, trustworthy and kind.

Abiola’s place exceeded all expectations. The apartment was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The abiola was friendly and accommodating, making sure our stay was comfortable. |highly recommend Abiola's place for anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience.

Jenmore's place was a home away from home. I got great value for money. The apartment was clean, spacious and centrally located. Jenmore was very responsive and check-in was easy. There was an Inverter for electricity in case of a power outage. I look forward to staying in her place again. I highly recommend her place without reservations.

Our stay was amazing! The house is beautiful, spacious and was super clean. Well cared for and maintained. I could tell the management puts thought into the people staying. The kitchen was stocked and user friendly. Toilet paper, shower gel, toothpaste, towels, and water were provided. Stanley was super responsive within a small time of us messaging. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay or to put family and friends there. My biggest things when staying somewhere in Nigeria are: Mattresses -many places have brick hard mattresses that are impossible to sleep on. The mattresses at this house were SUPER comfortable! Electricity – the house has an inverter! So when lights go off, there’s still electricity. The inverter doesn’t cover air conditioning and the hot water heater. The generator covers those and works for 7 hours on, 5 hours off. Safety and sound – was quiet and felt safe in the neighborhood within the gate. Cleanliness – very clean Service – Great timely response!

Dinah was a great host. Always available on call and responsive, she and her staff made our stay comfortable and their house was clean and highly secure. The presence of policemen securing the gate made my team feel safe.

Melody's place as nicely decorated, and I like how spacious the rooms are. Melody communicates well and very proactive to make sure my stay was good. Melody was quick to address my issues and concerns. The compound also has security on site, so I felt safe. There's also someone on site to help address all issues and concerns and to help clean when needed. Absent of any issues or concerns, I wouldn't mind staying here again.

Beyond the space itself, the host went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Their responsiveness and kindness made me feel more like a valued guest than just another booking. If you're looking for a cozy, well maintained, and welcoming place to stay, I highly recommend Chima Place.

The fact that although flight times changed, which meant earlier check-in yet, plans were made to accomodate us, that's more than enough. The house was super clean, and Rose, the cleaner did a wonderful job. ❤️ It's Also easier to get bolt out of the estate. Honestly, I can't complain. He was also on ground to assist with anything we needed instantly. I recommend it 100%.

Sola's place was nice and quiet. The accomodation was clean and comfortable. All conveniences provided including some tea and coffee things. The house is olny 5mins walk to a shopping centre, Cost Cutter. Which I found very convenient. I was also able to walk to Wuse market about 20mins walk from the house. The central location made getting around Abuja very easy. I'll certainly book this place again .

Great apartment, it was a good choice I made to have booked the apartment, I was worried about electricity but there was no power shortage throughout my stay cause of standby inverter… Mr Justin was very responsive, always available if you need anything.. this isn’t a paid review and I stayed 13 good days and I never regretted an hour for choosing his apartment.. The environment is secured and the estate is soo clean. I will be booking again on my next visit to Abuja if available. The apartment is more beautiful than it appears in picture, be rest assured you’ll be enjoying your stay.

Tobi was a great host very friendly made sure I was well taken care of through my stay, the apartment is beautiful has everything I need to make my staywith the while, check in was easy, would definitely book with them again.

Great host and clean apartment

Brand new modern apartment with air conditioning in every room, which was a big plus for us. Also, cleaning is available every day at a low rate. The host, is friendly and accommodating and made our stay easy.

Only praises. The check-in was smooth and the apartment was clean and lovely. I'd recommend Adebayo anytime, any day :)
