We stayed at Tremearne Homestead for a long weekend in June. We truly enjoyed this beautiful house and gardens. The house had everything you could need for large groups. Fully equipped kitchen, large wood fire, air-con throughout and large windows with spectacular views out to the snow falling over the garden and ponds . The bedrooms are enormous, and beds were super comfortable. Clean and well maintained throughout. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable winter break away.

The place itself is amazing with all the sceneries, room and beds were organised as we wanted, feeding the farm animals was an amazing experience as well, the best thing about the stay was the host, she guided us as a-lot with all of the stuff around, suggested us nearby places to visit and she made sure everything was perfect for us during the stay. we will definitely go there again for sure.

This is the second time I’ve stayed there. Lovely place with a beautiful westerly sunset view over the mountains and fields. The fridge is stocked with all sorts of goodies including delicious chocolate brownies (thanks Maria). No neighbours, nice and quiet and a perfect place to get away from the town and city to relax and enjoy the surroundings. I have stayed in a couple of places in Cowra, this is by far the best Cowra has to offer…

What a fantastic house for a long weekend in Orange. The house easily accommodated 4 families with plenty of room for all of us. Whilst it is an easy walk into town, the house felt extremely private and was a great place to sit indoors on cold, snowy nights by the fire with a glass of red.

Beautiful stay in a fantastic location if visiting Oberon, Orange areas. Every detail was perfect from the furnishings to the fully equipped kitchen. David was very responsive and helpful. Home was clean, comfortable and well equipped with all ammenities. If you are a family with young kids highly recommend this place. The house was perfect for kids, with plenty of space. Highly recommended the stay for anyone looking for unwind.

I have stayed at the White Place Home previously and found the property perfectly maintained and close to all that I wanted and needed to do in Orange. A pleasant walk to several quality restaurants and the park. The beds were comfortable and the bedding clean and fresh. I would certainly stay here again.

Carlos’s place was the perfect spot for our weekend escape. The home was spacious, full of character and incredibly comfortable. We spent a cozy winter evening by the fire, listening to old records-it felt like something out of a movie. The kitchen and bedrooms were fully stocked with everything we needed, making our stay effortless. Carlos was also very responsive and made it clear he was available if we needed anything. Highly recommend this charming getaway!

We had a wonderful and refreshing stay at this beautiful property. The place was spotless, exactly as described, and fully equipped with everything we needed. We especially loved the peaceful, quiet surroundings, nestled beside scenic farmlands, it was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. A truly serene retreat! Sarah was an incredible host - so easy to communicate with and nothing was ever hassle. A really beautiful property that’s perfect for families - kids had the best time checking in on and feeding the animals, playing soccer with Ace and hanging out with their beautiful border collie. Such a shame we didn’t book more time to really relax and saviour the experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Lexden in Bathurst. The property was absolutely beautiful—immaculately presented, spacious, and full of character. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The attention to detail in every room made for a very comfortable and luxurious experience. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The beds were cosy, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the garden was a peaceful spot to unwind. The location was also ideal—close to the centre of town but tucked away enough to enjoy some quiet and privacy. We highly recommend Lexden to anyone visiting Bathurst and would love to return on our next trip. Thank you for a memorable stay!

A lovely, well-appointed house, with comfy beds and a huge TV with streaming and DVDs. Loved the fire pit for toasting marshmallows and glow stick dancing at night.

We had an amazing stay at Sue and Adam’s place. They were incredibly responsive, helpful, and friendly throughout our visit, always making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The home was spotless, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The views were absolutely spectacular—probably the best we’ve ever seen. It was so peaceful and private, and we were even lucky enough to witness a light snowfall, which made the experience even more magical. The location was perfect, and the check-in process was smooth and convenient, even late at night. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway, and I really hope to return someday.

We could not speak more highly of our stay at Martina Cottage. It was comfortable, clean and calm. Kim provided tasty breakfast selections, yummy treats and a nice bottle of wine which we enjoyed beside the fire. Being made to feel so welcome and having every need anticipated was a delight. Take advantage of the availability of home cooked meals if you don’t want to venture away from the fire. The lasagne we purchased was perfect. Thank you Kim for all your attention to detail. It definitely was our best ever Airbnb experience both in Australia and overseas. We will be back!

Home away from home!! Such a beautiful place with a stunning view. The house was easy to find with clear instructions provided and it was very clean with great facilities. It was such a peaceful stay and our experience was nothing short of amazing. Maxine was a wonderful host and we could not recommend Maxine and their property enough!

Beautiful home, had everything we needed and more! It is the nicest home we’ve stayed in on Airbnb! All the small details meant a lot like the little informative notes left in different areas of the house were so incredibly helpful. All parts of the house were extremely clean, we really appreciated it. Comfortably accommodated 4 adults, 2 kids and 1 infant, be sure to let Rachel know if you’re in need of a cot and high chair. Really thoughtful! We will definitely be returning in the future Thank you Rachel for creating a cosy home!

Group of 8 mid-40s girlfriends had a lovely stay in the old Convent. Everyone had a beautiful comfortable room of their own, and a kitchen/dining/living room that felt like home to catch up in. Homely touches such as a great coffee machine, condiments, loads of glassware and serving bowls, all make it practical and welcoming. Cold dreary weather meant we didn’t get to enjoy the outdoors much, but we rugged up and walked to the historic sites nearby and the local pub. We hope to return to the Convent (and Thorpie!) one day soon!
