The place was perfect for what we needed. Family was sick of staying at hotels for our softball tournaments, and this place was 1 mile away from the park we played at. It was very nice and was just like the photos. It fit our big family perfectly. Wish we would have had a little more time to enjoy the outside but it was nice out there. All in all I would stay there again if we have another tournament in that area!

Grant was a great host, very responsive and met every need we had. He has a beautiful home in a very private area. I would definitely come back for another stay. 10/10 would recommend.

This home was in a great, quiet neighborhood. Close to the lake. Most importantly it was close enough to the harbor that it didn’t take long to get there, but it was far enough away that you didn’t have to deal with the traffic and the crowds. We spent a week here getting comfortable and it was great!

Our stay was so blissful. The house was wonderfully decorated and superseded our expectations. We are thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be booking again.

I had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! From the moment I arrived, everything was spotless and so well taken care of — it truly felt like a home away from home. The house was not only incredibly clean, but also beautifully decorated, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. All the necessities were thoughtfully provided, from kitchen essentials to fresh towels and toiletries, which made my stay even more comfortable and stress-free. The neighborhood was peaceful and charming, and the host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you for such a lovely stay. Love staying at Jennifer’s place. Like the space, the proximity, the neighbors on either side, and when there was an issue Jennifer was immediately on top of it.

The apartment was right in front of a dog park with a small really cute patio. It was right in front of a Whole Foods with great options to eat and down the street from multiple amazing restaurants 10 out of 10 would stay again and probably will

My husband and I needed a last minute place to stay. We are Arlington residents but our a/c went out and with this Texas heat, there was no way we were going to stay home. Hotels rooms are always high in the area and we found this little spot and it had everything we needed. The a/c was ice cold and the bed was comfortable! We got a quick response from Brigette within minutes and on our way we were. Easy and detailed instructions. We recommend.

It was PERFECT. Very cozy, beautiful, comfortable, and Mario thought of EVERYTHING. He even provided a kennel in the living room to put our two dogs, a Chihuahua mix, and an Austrailian Shepherd, so we didn't have to lug our big kennels in from the truck. And the biggest deal for me: DIMMER SWITCHES! Do you know how many times I have wished for dimmer switches on lighting at AirBnB's? And Mario had them on EVERY ceiling light AND in the bathroom! I'm a blue-eyed guy, a little light sensitive at night and this and other features made me so comfortable! We had a dear friend over to dinner and Mario had everything in the kitchen we needed to cook grass-fed rib eye steaks! I found the bed extremely comfortable. No back problems at all the next morning. Heads up for some folks, it is a 3rd floor unit, which I loved because of the deck off the back, but for some you will need to take your time on the stairs. However, my friend's 80+ year old mother was able to make it up with some help.

The place is private, comfortable, and well furnished. The host was super accommodating. There is a faint cigarette smoke smell which I've read in another review. It didn't bother me much while I was there, but I did smell it on the clothes I laid out there after I got home.

A beautifully decorated and well appointed place to stay during our time in Dallas. Communication was excellent. The neighborhood wasn’t super walkable, but we felt safe.

I can’t say enough about this place and the owners. It was so clean and well stocked. I really appreciated that there was coffee, sugar and creamers for the morning so I didn’t have to immediately find a store the night I checked in. Carla and Chris responded very quickly to my messages and were eager to make my stay comfortable. Checking out was a breeze, they didn’t require a whole list of things to do like most rentals which was very considerate. I stayed here because I helped my daughter move from NY to Carrollton and I would definitely rebook for any future solo trips. Thanks!

Snacks on arrival helped as I hadn’t eaten all day and had a chance to refresh before hitting grocery store. Place is exactly as described and definitely 5 stars at this price point for a single guest. I stayed 3 nights by myself. I’ll definitely be back.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely spot! The place was incredibly cozy and spotless, making me feel right at home. The location was fantastic - just a stone's throw away from great bars and restaurants, public transportation, markets, and even a pharmacy. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to both couples and solo travelers. The atmosphere was super welcoming, making my stay truly unforgettable.

Brooke's place was the perfect place to stay for 10 days while I was visiting North Dallas. It looked just like the pictures and was exactly as described. Brooke provided clear and easy instructions on how to access the home, and she was communicative and easy to reach. Everything was well stocked, and I didn't need to buy anything for the home during my stay. The complex is private and peaceful. It was a great place to stay, and Brooke is an excellent host. I plan to stay again the next time I'm in town.

Christina’s place was so comfortable and welcoming! Everywhere we needed to be was within a short drive. The neighborhood was quiet and clean! Christina was a wonderful host and we plan on staying here again should we need a place to stay in Dallas that is clean and affordable!

This place was just as described and pictured. The hosts provided a generous supply of towels, paper products and even detergent for the full-size washer and dryer! Although it’s an older complex and close to commercial shopping plazas and noise, it was relatively quiet at night, comfortable, and nicely furnished with 2 larger televisions.

Place was very quiet and convenient. Kane was a great host, very communicative.

I was a bit wary of getting an Airbnb as I normally stay at a hotel for this type of trip, but I wanted something more comfortable, convenient, and private this time around. I came across this place and it had everything I was looking for, with an extra bonus of an arcade cabinet (so fun). My stay at this place was great, it was exactly as described and very comfortable to stay. The owner Charles was very communicative, and responded right away. The instructions were very clear and organized threw out my stay. The check-in and check-out process was super easy as well. The place itself was very clean and looked just like it was on the listing. The beds were pretty comfortable, I would say on par with a nice hotel. Plenty of towels and linens if needed, as well as some starter supplies for the stay like soaps, cotton swabs, laundry detergent, and even a few snacks in the kitchen. Overall, the place was great and at a great price. I definitely would stay here again on my next trip.
