Marli's apartment is the same as the photos! And it's even wider! Air, ventilated, windows and balcony allowing natural lighting and ventilation. All very clean and organized. Room, bedrooms, kitchen, barbecue.. all very good and well cared for! The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and utensils. We were greeted kindly by Marli's son, who helped us upon arrival and departure. The region is great, we walk only on foot, leaving the car in the garage because it is close to everything (beach and center)!! Very happy with this stay, made our trip even more enjoyable. I highly recommend it!

The apartment is very spacious, airy, equipped and comfortable. The location is perfect, very close to the center but far from the movement. The pillows, the bed and bath linens are great and they were very smelling. Maicon was very attentive in online service, and his mother Nara, was very dear at our check-in and checkout. Ana was extremely kind and attentive from the first contact… demonstrated flexibility regarding check-in and check-out times. Very clean and organized flat with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Great location, close to the beach, center of Xangri-lá and many bars and places to eat. Only point is that the apartment does not have many sockets, but nothing that an extension or electric ruler does not solve. We stayed three days, in three people, and the conclusion was unanimous, it will definitely be the first choice on the next trip to Xangri-lá

The stay was excellent! The apartment is only one block from the sea, which was a big difference. The region is very quiet and has all kinds of shops nearby, which made everyday life much easier. The apartment is very functional, comfortable and also has a barbecue area, ideal for leisure time. A super plus point: accept pet, which made all the difference to me. And of course, I can't help but highlight the hospitality of the host Rui, always considerate, helpful and ready to help. I recommend without hesitation!

We feel at home, the accommodation is better than in the photos, there are two bathrooms, air conditioning in the bedrooms. Neighborhood peaceful, beautiful, close to the beach, you can walk, by very quiet car to park. The Host would respond quickly. I recommend this home for sure, in another opportunity we'll be back!

My family and I love the house. Near the beach, market, pharmacy and ice cream shop. It's exactly the same as the ad, I'd say even better. Tânia and Nina were very receptive to us and made everything even better. We know where to stay when we return to Xangri-la.

My family and I had a great stay at Fabiana and André's home. The house is beautiful, very well equipped and also has all the necessary materials to make it easy to go to the beach.
