The architecture and the decoration, both exterior and interior, is today escaping from unnecessary folklore and mastodon constructions, integrating into the environment and taking special care of the warmth of its interior. The studio (28m2) is a unique space with a double bed (separated by a wardrobe), living-dining room with kitchen, bathroom and private terrace.

"Can Cuqueta" the western zone of the property composed by two independent houses, side to side, with their own entrance and independent access to the shared swimming pool. The interior slightly modern style fused with the typical local “Ibizenco” architecture combines in a way to give the house its own character. It´s build to the highest standards eco friendly materials, with natural cork isolation planks inside the 50cm walls of thermal-clay blocks with white cement and lime.
