Condo holiday rentals in Xinyi District

Beautiful, very clean, modern apartment with very convenient location! The host is very responsive and well communicating. We left a load of laundry in the washer/dryer unit unintentionally while we left Taipei for a trip in south. The host agrees to keep for us and we will pick up when return to Taipei. Very accommodating! Definitely will stay at Wills unit again!

We had such a wonderful stay at Paul’s AirBnB. Not only was it in a fantastic location for sightseeing, it was in a quiet and peaceful location. Paul was such a kind, helpful, and friendly host. He gave us great recommendations about things to do and went out of his way to research Taiwanese wedding customs as we were there for a friends’ wedding. Loved staying here and would definitely recommend it to others as well!

Great location convenient to MRT, buses, Taipei 101, and other attractions, as well as restaurants, convenience stores, and shopping areas. The washer/dryer and water kettle were also helpful for our stay. Mike was very responsive and provided us detailed instructions for the unit upon check-in. This condo is a great option for people who plan to mostly eat out and spend their time out and about.

Ann's location is a very nicely located along a street with tons of food options just right below. With good breakfast (Veg. Bao), restaurants and a local dessert place just literally less than a minute walk away. For convenience of public transportation, it was not too bad for me, 3-4mins walk to the nearest bus station (depending where you go) and about 10 mins walk to my most used mrt station (I forgot which one). Ann is very responsive (also very nice to talk to) and takes very good care of the place. The washer dryer was a nice added touch to the stay so I don't have to stress over going elsewhere to do my laundry. Stayed over a very hot and warm summer and the air conditioner definitely ensured that I was well cooled up :). Thank you Ann for a wonderful stay!

Best location in Taipei. Close to everything . Walking distance to 101. And breeze and 新光三越。 Building has plumbing problems. Has washer and dryer on site. Internet works well. Front desk is 24/7

The place is just 10mins walk from MRT station. It is also very convenient to reach popular locations in Taipei. The space is very quiet at night so I receive very great rest.

Owner was extremely friend and responsive to queries, even helped to arrange transport to airport and provide local recommendations. For the place itself, it’s a cozy space with 3 room and 2 beds each. Beds were very comfy. Heaters was gas powered which the owner will guide on how to change if needed. Toilets had bidets! Comes with washing machine and dryer which is suitable for long trips. 5min walk to Taipei 101 station, rather convenient. Not the cleanest place but acceptable. Overall was a good stay, the fact that H was very helpful and responsive made the stay good.

Victor is a fantastic host! Went above and beyond in terms of communication and service. When my parents had difficulty using the door smart lock, he personally came over and showed them how to use it. The place was bigger than expected with lots of space for everything. The location was top-notch being across the street from Taipei 101 with the MRT station even closer (you go through the MRT station to get to Taipei 101). All in all, a great experience. 這是我第一次來台灣，Elsa熱情友好地接待了我，細心介紹房屋和周邊的環境，這裡地段很好，樓下是捷運站，對面是大型商圈，出行實在是太方便了。房屋內部也很溫馨和安靜，有一架漂亮的鋼琴，還有許多關於台灣的書籍。Elsa還給我分享了她個人的台北旅行攻略（關於一些景點、街區、書店等），我很喜歡！只是可惜這次的時間太短，在這的每一天我總覺得時間不夠用（笑）。Elsa也很關心和照顧住客的感受，總是熱心地提供很多實用的建議，推薦她覺得有意思的地方，像朋友一樣^ ^ 總之，我很推薦這裡！

I'm honored to be Jennifer's first guest! She asked me about what I needed and got a lot of things for the apartment. There's a cooking plate and a frying pan, lots of mood lighting and basically everything I needed for my stay. The immediate neighborhood has lots of small shops and is nice.

The room, located right above the Taipei bus station, was large enough for two people to spend four nights and five days, and also very clean and convenient. The host was very kind, gave me a lot of detailed directions and helped me check in. I think this is one of the best places to stay for those who want to move around a lot around Taipei Station.

Nice place in a very convenient location. The red line is a few minutes behind the building and gets you to most places quickly. Taipei 101 is also at a walkable distance. Apartment comes with a washing machine and the bed was really comfortable. Right behind the building there is also a 711 and familymart which is very convenient. Across the street are also plenty of coffee places that have affordable prices, I recommend going to unlimited coffee they roast freshly in the cafe. The host was also very flexible with checking and checkout and provided me with a driver from the airport early in the morning. The driver was very friendly and even told me about the places we were driving past. Highly recommended place!

Traumhaft! 🌊⛰️ Infinity-Pool mit Ausblick , top Lage (Meer,Strand, Supermarkt), perfekt ausgestattet mit Musikbox und Beamer + kostenloser Parkplatz. Schade muss man für den Pool extra bezahlen und für den Billardtisch auch ansonsten vom Host super organisiert.

what a wonderful apartment! Great location, extremely walkable, and we were able to get in and out very easily after full days of sightseeing. the place was clean and stocked with lots of toiletries and had laundry in unit. Plus, there was also a gym that was available early in the morning with cardio equipment. And the host was amazing! Shu Chi was super attentive and checked in on us often.
