Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Xinyi District

Miu miu's place was great! It was just a 10 minute walk to the nearest train station so the location was very convenient. The apartment was clean and spacious and fit 5 of us comfortably. Miu miu and her team were always so responsive too. Would totally recommend 👍️

Sehr gute Lage, Metro wenige Minuten entfernt , Markt , auch Nachtmarkt um die Ecke , viele kleine Shops und Restaurants , ruhige Gegend . Unterkunft ist sauber , praktisch , sogar eine Dachterrasse . Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für uns als vierköpfige Familie perfekt .

I enjoyed staying at Maggie’s place. She was friendly, helpful, and kind. She provided clear check in instructions so finding and getting into the accommodation was easy. The accommodation was clean and I enjoyed having an AC, washer, fast wifi, and a hot shower. Thank you for the stay!

Really loved the airbnb location , just advice about the hot and cold water shower , if you like hot showers you gotta probably shower first and let the fans of cold water showers to go after.

松山空港から電車で1本、駅からも近く、部屋の近所にはコンビニやレストランが沢山ありとても便利な立地でした。朝市も近く、フルーツやお惣菜、フルーツジュースを楽しみました。 お部屋は広く清潔で、テレビやスピーカー、エアコン、洗濯機、冷蔵庫など新しく使いやすいものでした。 ホストもとても親しみやすく親切で、詳しく部屋を案内して下さり、こまめに連絡をくれました。 このお部屋にとてもリーズナブルに泊まれて、良い旅行になりました、ありがとう！

Nice hostel ~ clean big and comfortable~ highly recommend

This place was spacious and matches the photo! Very responsive. The place had everything we need and highly recommended to people who like to have a bit more family space together than a hotel room(s). Location wise: there’s hiking trails just less than 5mins away and need to walk approx 8-10mins to the Metro entrance but there are u-bike nearby.

If I'm in Taiwan again I would most definitely book her space.

Yu's property was very clean, and very well-positioned. Yu and co-host were extremely responsive, making the stay very nice. an extremely great place to stay for those looking for good budget and great location. I would recommend. One downside was the A/C unit in the bedroom seems to have a minor food/bbq smell, recommend getting it cleaned. It was like that regardless of what time of day, so could be a build up of oil from other restaurants. It's not a strong smell, but I'm more sensitive to smell and scents.

Brukz has been a very friendly - and VERY responsive - host. The apartment was clean, fulfilled all our expectations, was in a quite side street and close to where we needed to go. Highly recommend to stay with him, and if we ever come back we will also try again.

The location is 10/10, easy walking distance to two different MRT stations on different lines. Quick walk to Taipei 101 and all surrounding malls. Not to mention the stunning view up on the roof top. Lots of food options near by too. The room is small but well designed with lots of storage space. Perfect for couples or family with one small child, probably not suitable for family with multiple kids or older kids or a group of friends. Will definitely be back!

This has been our 2nd time booking with Amelia and has been another amazing experience. The unit was spotless and all the hospitality Amelia has given us has been great. When we visit Taiwan in the near future, we will definitely be booking with Amelia again!

Ivory’s place was an incredible bargain and easily deserves 5 stars! The space was clean, comfy, and exactly as described. They were super accommodating with early check-in and late check-out, which was a huge bonus. Yes, you have to haul luggage up narrow stairs to the 3rd floor (good exercise!) and the Wi-Fi was spotty, so we used mobile data most of the time, but for the price, it’s hard to beat. Highly recommend!

I chose this Airbnb because I know this neighborhood, it's close to my auntie's place and out of 7 aunties and uncles, this was my favorite neighborhood to stay at. Good public transportation (bus lines too), good local street food scene (different stalls for breakfast, lunch, and night), midpriced, and not too busy but not too quiet. The apt is spacious, bright, clean, quiet, and has all you need (except for a rice cooker to my mom's disappointment). While at the rates of a fairly luxurious hotel, what you will get is space, a kitchen, washer/dryer, and TWO bathrooms (essential for some families). I recommend the noodle place on the ground floor for weekday lunch, they have handcut noodles (this might be out of date given foodstall turnover). Hosts very responsive, even when the door lock battery ran out at 10:30pm. There are screens on every window, even to the clothes drying balcony (there IS a dryer, we are just old school), so we did not get any bites. Well-done remodel!

Great location near Taipei 101 and has an MRT station nearby. The bnb was very clean and the host was very accommodating even though we checked in late. Would recommend to others!

Pat’s place was just right for us — 2 parents and 2 children under 7. The walls and floors are sturdy and thick, so no noise issues from neighbors or from our kids. Nice AC, clean and neat bedrooms, mini kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. The grocery store (PX Mart) and 7 Eleven are just downstairs, and there are a number of yummy places to eat on the same block. Close to the Linjiang Night Market. Excellent food that direction too. Easy walking to Taipei 101, Sun Yat Sen memorial, short bus ride to the Taipei zoo. We definitely recommend this apartment!

We were travelling in a group of 3 to Taipei and we stayed for 9 nights. The location is very good because we had event in the sports staduim nearby. The place is also very easy to get public transport or to hire a taxi by the side of road. The place has some restaurants to dine in or you can easily go to some night markets to eat. Our host Jojo and Max are very friendly and helpful to resolve issues we had. They hired professional cleaning service provider so we checked in a very tidy apartment. The place has one big bedroom and another one relatively small (I would say the sofa in the living room might be even longer than the bed provided in this small bedroom haha). It is recommended to accomodate singular travel or a gourp of 2 if you are tall just like me. Overall I am grateful to be hosted by Jojo and Max in their place.

This was a great place to stay that is very centrally located to shopping, bus, subway, etc. And great to have 2 convenience stores directly downstairs. The building smelled/felt a little like dated apartments we've stayed at in Hong Kong. But the place itself was clean and neatly organized. More than adequate for us as a family with 2 kids. We were glad to have the kitchen area and washer/dryer in the apartment. As well as having multiple AC units and WiFi. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Daisy and Melky's place made for a perfect stay in Taipei. Their apartment is so well kept, with everything you could possibly need for a long stay. It is airy and comfortable and peaceful, especially with the balcony, which was a huge plus. None of the other listings in the area came close to this one in terms of value! Daisy and Melky were excellent hosts and communicated with me frequently throughout the stay to make sure everything was okay. Having laundry available in the building was very convenient, and there are plenty of shops within walking distance to get everything you need. For me the location was so-so: I thought it was very charming and reasonably close to a lot of good restaurants and attractions, however a bit far from the tourist area, which I found myself going to frequently. (Thankfully Taipei has great public transit). If that's not a big deal for you, then I would highly recommend this place. I would definitely stay there again.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was spotlessly clean and incredibly well-maintained—it truly felt like a home away from home. Its location is unbeatable—just a short walk to Taipei 101, close to the metro, and surrounded by everything you could possibly need, including 7-Eleven and lots of shopping options. The building has 24/7 security, and the guards were always friendly and welcoming, which made me feel extra safe and comfortable throughout my stay. Inside, the house is modern, cozy, and very comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made the space feel warm and inviting. And the host? Absolutely amazing—super helpful and always quick to respond, which made my entire trip stress-free. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Taipei

Perfect location with several metro stations nearby and Taipei 101 tower right in front. Well suited for group of friends with one big bedroom, two smaller rooms, a spacious living room area and a fully equipped kitchen. The host was very responsive and kindly arranged airport pick ups as well. The weather was unexpectedly cold but there were two big heaters which were very helpful. This place is highly recommended, and we would return any time!

這麼棒的地點找不到這種CP值了。步行10分鐘有機場巴士(大有巴士遠東飯店)，各種餐廳酒吧傳統市場夜市都在步行範圍，近捷運棕線六張犁站和紅線信義安和站，近ubike停點。房間舒適乾淨，兩人住也有足夠空間放行李。 廚房有一口爐、大同電鍋，尤其有微波爐這一點很方便。 5顆星推薦🙂 Perfect location, airport bus stop- Shangri La Hotel is 10 minutes on foot. Taipei 101 is visible from the room, most popular shopping area all in walking distance, you can easily find supermarket, restaurants, bars and convenient stores, famous Linjiang/Tonghua night market only 5 minutes on foot. By the way the night market is an interesting traditional market in the morning. Cozy and clean with enough space for big luggages. Bathroom is also clean. Microwave is available. Niko is very responsible, thank you Niko!

This place is clean and convenient, located close to the MRT station. The host is helpful, responsive, supportive, and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a smooth trip and accommodate our schedule. We have no regrets about staying here.
