Holiday rentals with a patio in Xinyi District

Spacious and comfortable top floor unit, with large windows and outdoor space. Easy access to public transportation (between Taipower Building and Gongguan MRT stops on Green Line), good food, and convenience markets. Clean and modern unit as described in photos, although showing some wear, and kitchen not as well-equipped as other places we’ve stayed. Joy met us for check in, and she and Edward (co-hosts) were helpful and responded quickly to our requests and inquiries. As others have mentioned, there was loud construction (major) across the street during our stay in mid-May, but we are early risers and out during much of the day, so it did not bother us as much as it could for others. Overall, we enjoyed the overall comfort and convenience provided by the apartment.

Elena responds very quickly and is polite and friendly. Advantages: This is a place very close to the "Zhongxiao Fuxing" MRT station, quiet, convenient, and superior location.There's another door next to it, there should be another household, but the soundproofing is good, there's no noise at all.The overall space was just renovated in 2025. I love the automatic cleaning function of the toilet. The hanging space at the entrance is very convenient. The whole space is very comfortable. Cons: Located on the 5th floor with no elevator, so people with elderly or baby strollers should consider. The bed is a little hard to sleep on, and the refrigerator is a little small.

Great central area for Taipei and close to MRT. Right next to a little park and coffeeshop, grocery, 7-11. Would recommend.

Good place, Clean , New , Host was amazing service

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The location couldn't have been better, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Taipei. Despite its central location, the neighborhood was remarkably quiet - a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. It truly was the perfect home for our visit. We were warmly greeted by Andy upon arrival, which immediately made us feel welcome, and he, MT, and Studio 17 remained responsive and incredibly helpful, ensuring that we had everything we needed to make the most of our stay. The home was not only impeccably clean but also tastefully appointed, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. We found that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from kitchen essentials to bathroom amenities. Having full access to the washer/dryer was a convenient touch, and the wi-fi was fast and stable, which allowed us to work remotely during our stay. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and can't wait to return on our next trip!

Very nice, clean, and private space. The balcony is a nice space to chill and soak in the sun. There are a lot of stores and restaurants within walking distance and the MRT station is also very close. Cece was very responsive when I had questions. A surprise bonus was how friendly the other tenants in the building were! I would definitely recommend this place for 1-2 people.

Paul was a great host. Transparent, helpful, proactive. You can tell he takes great care of his apartment, which had lots of character, was clean, comfortable and conveniently located to numerous walkable restaurants. Thanks again for letting us stay! We would definitely stay here again.

Super nice flat, with spacious livingroom and 2 cozy bedrooms with enough desks for work as well. Location is great, many bars, restaurants around and metro is close. Communication with Angela was great, she responded every message within just minutes. Definitely recommend this place!

What a fantastic place. Dimitri was extremely helpful with my check-in, and was accommodating to changes in my arrival time. It was the perfect place to rest my head and if I stay in Taipei again I would definitely see if I can stay there!

This listing is located in a peaceful location yet close to the subways and main street. The listing was easy to locate in a relatively peaceful location. We loved how the listing was well equipped with a lot of amenities and provided travelling quests with essential items such as the Electric Airpot(Hot water dispenser), additional pillows, blankets etc. All these were extremely helpful in the cold weather. The feel and decor is cozy and allow us to feel relaxed when we are back. Host was exceptionally friendly and good to communicate with. Requests for items such as Tissue boxes were addressed promptly the next morning. Host also dropped by to pass on snacks and drinks for the New Year Eve which added to the great hospitality that we received. Great house, Great location and Great host :)

We really enjoyed staying at Coho's place. The apartment was clean and conveniently located within walking distance of the MRT station and Shida Night Market. Coho was very helpful and responsive. We would love to stay here again in the future!

Clean and great location!

The location of this home is very lively, there is a lot of food, there is no worry, there is everything nearby, there is enough space in the house, the size of the house is definitely enough, the host is very nice and willing to communicate with us to help us check in and check out, if you want to find a place that is quieter and has good living opportunities around, I recommend this one

Very convenient, 10 minutes walk to the subway station, lots of food around

This is a small studio apartment on a floor with several other apartments, attentive staff during business hours, and a very convenient, quiet, residential neighborhood. The room itself is basic, and really only comfortable for a solo traveler or a couple. Very tall people may find the bed to be short, but it was comfortable. There was cleaning offered every other day. The floor is run by a group from the local church, and a staff member with good English skills is there to help during business hours. Several local people rent adjacent apartments. You should also plan to be quiet, and to be respectful of some lightly Christian decoration in the shared hallways. There is a delightful private courtyard and easy access from the road in a very residential neighborhood just north of 大安 park. You won't find nightlife or even many restaurants close, but the park is the main draw. Early risers will find many groups practicing tai chi and other Chinese exercises. You can even join in!

This place was beyond our expectations! It was located by Yongkang Market, near the Dongmen MRT. So many great shopping and food options surrounding it. The property itself was comfortable and cozy. I absolutely adore how family-oriented it was; they had provided all baby and toddler equipment. My daughter especially loved the slide and toys made available. We are so grateful for the responsiveness and friendliness of the host!

Overall it’s a great experience! It’s a super convenient location, close to Shilin MRT, and near a traditional market plus lots of eateries. It would be great if there were a dryer in the unit as some foreigners are more used to having one. There is a washer. Clothes stick & hangers are provided for hanging wet clothes on the balcony. But as I know, most households in Taiwan don’t use dryers.

We had a great stay, very convenient for two people. Everything was clean and cosy, and directions easy. We would stay again
