Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Xinyi District

As others have mentioned, the place is an older building. However, if that doesn't bother you then this place is fantastic. Had 5 people in my group and the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was more than enough. 1) This place is about a 2 minute walk from Taipei 101 and the subway station. I'm not sure if you can find a place closer. It's within a residential area, so it's quiet and peaceful throughout the night. 2) Very clean kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. The place overall is surprisingly spacious. 3) Host was great with clear instructions and very responsive. They were physically there to help us check-in. We had problems with the door lock, and delays with the driver from their shuttle service, and the host quickly helped us with both situations within minutes of contacting them. 4) Was very reasonable for the location. 5) The place offers a washer and dryer. The only issue we found was there isn't a water filter, so you will have to buy water yourself. Luckily the mall is very close.

Great and cozy place! Went there with two co-workers and we loved our time there! Super close to the train station and lots of nice places to eat and visit! And there is a cat cafe within 20ft! Definitely recommend staying there either for a short or long trip!

Very communicative host. Perfect location

We got so lucky picking this location! Less than a 10 minute walk from the Train station, the Roahe Street Night Market, the Wufenpu Shopping District, and several coffee shops. It was also a quick $6 Uber to Taipei 101 ( MUST visit the Observatory, Bar 196, and Alchemy Speakeasy!). The space was beautiful and comfy. Best 2 nighys sleep we had during our 10 day Taiwan adventure. It is a second floor space up a steep set of stairs, pretty easy, but good to know if you do have trouble with stairs. The hosts were AMAZING. Met us at an easy spot to find, walked us to the door and showed us how everything worked, including the rooftop washer and dryer (which we needed after a week of adventures). The icing on the cake- We ended up with extra luggage, so we needed a large van to the Taoyuan-Tapei Airport. Danielle booked us a van much cheaper that any Uber or online Booking service, the van picked us up right outside the space, and got us to the Airport in plenty of time. No stress!<3

Family Trip with 2 kiddos/5 adults and had a great stay. The space was plentiful and clean. The dryer was super appreciated! Within 5 minutes to the MRT station and plenty of convenience stores and food nearby. In general, this area overall is fancier and more expensive than what we are accustomed to. There is a half stair case before getting to the elevator. The address provided is a meet up point and then a host will take you to the apartment. A host will also come by to review the apartment as the 'check-out' process. The hosts were different for this process but all communicated through the app. Had a really great stay!

Very responsive and friendly host 🥰 It is a great home if you’re wanting to walk and explore town, but just a short drive to many fun activities. The house was very clean and had everything needed to make the stay comfortable. My family would love to stay here again.

The listing is a modern condo in central Taipei that is very accessible and close to the station. The house is very clean and cozy. I shared the place with three other friends and Frank has kindly arranged an extra sofa bed for us. The rooms are divided by movable dividers, so we had the choice to join the rooms into one big living space or have separate rooms for extra privacy. The listing has two clean and fully furnished bathrooms, making it extra convenient for larger groups. The washer with drying function was really useful, especially for longer stays.

Great place to stay in fun neighborhood of Taipei! Plenty of space for 3 people.

This place was spacious and matches the photo! Very responsive. The place had everything we need and highly recommended to people who like to have a bit more family space together than a hotel room(s). Location wise: there’s hiking trails just less than 5mins away and need to walk approx 8-10mins to the Metro entrance but there are u-bike nearby.

If I'm in Taiwan again I would most definitely book her space.

i've totally enjoyed my stay here. i will list things i noted for myself while staying here: 1. convenient building, very easy to find and enter if you have heavy luggage, security guards always there, garbage collection point which is also appreciated as you don't need to chase the truck every day. have lovely rooftop, also gym and pool (didn't use) 2. location is amazing, not too far from metro. have night market just across the street. as well as any kind of store you may need. it's central so can get anywhere in the city quite easily. 3. the apartment itself very functional, plenty of storage space, full kitchen set, washing machine, AC, all the amenities. i must note the view from this apartment is itself worth the money and i totally loved big window wall with all of the sunlight coming in. 4. sometimes wifi stopped working for a short while and also wish it was bit more soundproof as i could hear neighbours walking past my door. i definitely recommend and would come back❤️

We really enjoyed staying at Coho's place. The apartment was clean and conveniently located within walking distance of the MRT station and Shida Night Market. Coho was very helpful and responsive. We would love to stay here again in the future!

Best location in Taipei. Close to everything . Walking distance to 101. And breeze and 新光三越。 Building has plumbing problems. Has washer and dryer on site. Internet works well. Front desk is 24/7

We were travelling in a group of 3 to Taipei and we stayed for 9 nights. The location is very good because we had event in the sports staduim nearby. The place is also very easy to get public transport or to hire a taxi by the side of road. The place has some restaurants to dine in or you can easily go to some night markets to eat. Our host Jojo and Max are very friendly and helpful to resolve issues we had. They hired professional cleaning service provider so we checked in a very tidy apartment. The place has one big bedroom and another one relatively small (I would say the sofa in the living room might be even longer than the bed provided in this small bedroom haha). It is recommended to accomodate singular travel or a gourp of 2 if you are tall just like me. Overall I am grateful to be hosted by Jojo and Max in their place.

This was a great place to stay that is very centrally located to shopping, bus, subway, etc. And great to have 2 convenience stores directly downstairs. The building smelled/felt a little like dated apartments we've stayed at in Hong Kong. But the place itself was clean and neatly organized. More than adequate for us as a family with 2 kids. We were glad to have the kitchen area and washer/dryer in the apartment. As well as having multiple AC units and WiFi. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Rei’s accommodation was spotless and has brand new furniture. It was safe and quiet. The only downside was the location, it takes at least 30mn to go to the city however it’s very direct. There wasn’t a proper table to dine in but it wasn’t a big deal. The night market was right at the front as well as a family mart/7 eleven. I recommend.

Perfect location with several metro stations nearby and Taipei 101 tower right in front. Well suited for group of friends with one big bedroom, two smaller rooms, a spacious living room area and a fully equipped kitchen. The host was very responsive and kindly arranged airport pick ups as well. The weather was unexpectedly cold but there were two big heaters which were very helpful. This place is highly recommended, and we would return any time!

We had a wonderful stay—this home is ideal for large families who need multiple bedrooms. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with individual air conditioners in every room. The location is convenient , right across the street from a major MRT Blue Line station, making it incredibly convenient to get around Taipei. There are many amenities nearby, including convenience stores, supermarkets, and coffee shops. It’s just two MRT stops to the Xinyi district shopping malls and three stops to the newly opened LaLaport shopping mall, both offering a great selection of shops and restaurants. Anthony was an outstanding host—friendly, helpful, and very responsive. He came by personally to welcome us and give a quick tour when we arrived. We’d be happy to stay here again on our next visit to Taipei.
