Optimistic Home is a Japanese-style warm space designed for friends' gatherings and small group tours. It is best suited for 6 people, but can be flexibly accommodated for up to 8 people (including a double sofa bed). The more people you stay, the more economical it is. The room type is three bedrooms, one living room, and one bathroom. The space is spacious and not crowded. Each room has a makeup mirror.The living room has a mahjong table and Netflix, where you can play cards, board games, watch dramas, chat and relax; there is a dining table for multiple people to dine together, and there is a small corner with camping chairs to rest and relax.The whole room is designed in a wooden tone, clean, bright and comfortable, so you can relax on your trip as if you were at home. We are a private apartment on the first row of the coast next to Fangliao Fishing Port. Stay here and enjoy the ocean view from the balcony, and fall asleep at night listening to the waves! We are just 7 minutes walk from Fangliao Station, and the beach and Fangliao Fishing Port are within walking distance. There are all kinds of supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants and snacks nearby, and the living functions are very complete. The room has a simple kitchen and washing machine for your convenience for a multi-day stay. Our apartment is not luxuriously equipped, but we care about cleanliness and comfort. Double mattress We use Sealy bed, sheets are always washed every time, indoor floors, bathrooms are also cleaned and disinfected every time, just hope to make your stay comfortable. We also provide towels, bath towels and a variety of amenities for your stay. 我們有兩間風格類似的套房出租，這是第二套，如果你需要兩間，或需要的日期已無法下訂，可詢問另一間是否有空。 周邊機能方便。包括夜市，三多商圈捷運站，三間百貨公司，UBike，加水站，7-11，24小時生活百貨，屈臣氏，咖啡廳，餐廳等等。 套房所在大樓與房內配置與第一套一樣，煮水壺，過濾水，洗手台，杯子，浴巾，毛巾，吹風機，洗髮精，沐浴乳，洗手乳，wifi，電視(MOD)，洗衣機等等。沒有烹飪設備，沒有微波爐，沒有牙刷牙膏。樓下就是夜市，外食非常方便。 房間乾淨，但處於舊大樓，加上樓下是夜市，請隨手關門，以免蚊子蟑螂跑進屋內。 房內有沙發床，如果三人入住，需在訂房時選擇三人，我們才可依照人數準備沙發床，床組，毛巾等。如有攜帶寵物，訂房時記得填選。 入住時間下午 2:00，退房時間早上11:00。如需寄放行李，請提前詢問，我們盡量做安排。如延遲超過 30分鐘，需多算一天價錢，所以請遵守退房時間。
