Bright, cozy, comfortable place in the city center

The apartment is located in a central part of the city, with all kinds of shops around but mostly very close to organized beaches with beach bars and tavernas. The nearest beach is "Kourendi" (at a distance of 150 m.), while "Papathanasiou" beach and "Sykies" beach follow closely behind. Τhe Bus station is located 30 m. from the entrance of the apartment building! Come....and you will enjoy a wonderful experience of staying in a safe, clean, bright and positive place!

The Cozy Studio

The Cozy Studio, is a recently renovated studio great for two(2). The outdoor area is adorable and suited to any occasion . The beach is very close and the city centre is a 40 minute walk (mostly flat) in one of the most beautiful streets of Chalkida where the sea and sunset will keep you company. (The cab fare would only cost around 5€ to take you to the centre, and the drive to the town shouldn’t take more than 5 minutes.) Mistriotis family will be happy to host you.
