The stay was overall great, and the host was very responsive, making sure we were well-settled. The property has 4 bedrooms—2 with attached bathrooms—and 3 additional bathrooms outside the rooms, which was convenient for a group. The house is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The highlight is definitely the location—right in front of the lake, offering a serene and picturesque setting. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Loved our stay even though it was only short! The view is beautiful and the room is so pretty. The amenities like the big TV, small kitchen and bathtub were perfect and the bed was very comfortable! Hope to be back soon!

The apartment building is highly regarded and conveniently located near the highway. While the property includes a swimming pool, as noted, there is an additional fee to use it. I mistakenly assumed it was managed by the same agency, but clearer communication on this point would have been helpful. Otherwise, I found the property to be excellent and beautifully maintained. The host was responsive and provided prompt assistance.

She went out of her way to assist us, even helping us find our next stay when we wanted to move closer to West Lake. Overall, a great experience. Absolutely loved our stay! The apartment is super cute with beautiful Japandi-style decor that made it feel both cozy and stylish. Having a washing and drying machine in the apartment was a huge plus, especially for a longer stay. The location is also great — Lotte Mall is just a short walk away, which was really convenient. Really enjoyed my stay here! The apartment is clean, spacious and comfy perfect for both short and long stays, there are lots of Japanese restaurants around and a few nice cafes just a short walk away. It’s also close to the lake, which was perfect. There’s a shared laundry area which was really convenient. It’s a bit far from the Old Quarter, but honestly, I didn’t mind at all. If you’re not necessarily looking to be right in the middle of the busiest part of town, this area is a great choice.

It was nice to be able to move comfortably because it was near the city center. This is an accommodation I want to visit again next time.

This was a beautiful and comfortable place to stay in as a long term guest in Hanoi! I stayed here for about 5 weeks, and would definitely recommend this Airbnb for people who are going to be staying in Hanoi for a long period of time. Linh and her colleagues were responsive and took care of any questions or issues I had. They also provide free weekly cleaning services for long term guests! Nearby, there is a mall with a supermarket, many other shops and a gym that is a five minute walk away.

Great location, close to train street and a lot of shops. The street was relatively quiet with one big restaurant at the end of the street which was very convenient on our first night. Room was modern and clean. The Airbnb Host also organised an airport pick-up for us that was seamless. The accommodation also had a 24/7 concierge which was very helpful. 10/10 would stay there again.
